Out of order and no dial tone

Telephone out of order for four days. Complaint had given twice and called up to the authority concern but no proper reply and sometimes no body has picked the call.

On 22nd of August 2009, a line man from BSNL office called up and asked for our number 95250-2310951 and from next day our Landline is dead and no dial tone is available. we have launched the complaint at our BSNL exchange office but there is no proper feedback from their side. Still our Landline is dead.

BSNL Gurgaon Telephone No.2252683 is out of order for the last 15-21 days so make sure that the telephone should be set right at the earliest because of feeling inconvenience. SANDEEP KATARIA H.NO.171 SECTOR-5 Part-6, Gurgaon.
