Order virgin remy AAA grade hair from this company who promised to send the hair via dhl in 3 days only they sent it 3 weeks later via ems. The quality of the hair is unbelievable! I have never seen so many grey and red hairs running through a weft! They have clearly tried to dye the hair to cover it up but it's more like grey and red high lights it's disgusting there are split ends running all the way up the weft making it look very old dry and worn. I explained that I wonted the natural wavy hair and was sent a thick course straight hair texture. They messed up the whole order which consisted of wavy and silky straight hair. I ordered
1 kilo of hair and I can only really used about 3 prices. Do not be fooled by this companies pictures or prices you will not get the hairs, textures or grade that you ask for and you certainly won't get it fast. The worst quality hair ever!

I recently bought hair from Orite Hair and was pleased with the customer service I received. The staff were polite and helpful, and the manager was co-operative in offering me a refund when I changed my mind about some of the products that I ordered. i did recieve the hair the problem is that the factory closed for holiday and i did get my hair when they reopened via DHL the hair was good quality so im happy now
I have ordered hair from this company in the past and hair has been good quality aaaaa grade.My last order im having trouble with re i was told once i paid it would be 3 days until the hair would be dispatched now its been 7 days and bella (not real name as they use any name) says order will be a long time because of the goods transport holiday.I have not been given a time when i will recieve the hair and have sent at least 6 e mails and im left in limbo Why say 3 days then so you pay then not answer the emails leaving you with no idea of whats going on. The email address bella uses is oritehair@gmail company name Mengyin Orite Hair product limited they advertise on alibaba i will keep you informed of the outcome as to if i recieve the hair and if the quality is good"!

Hair is a shedding mess, I spent so much money for some brazilian hair it turned out to be crappy hair and when I tried to notify the company on this they would never admit to selling the crappy hair, I'm in dispute for a refund.. never again!
I fully agree, I bought from them some extentions they promised to be remy, which were not - total scam !
