Order placed for 3 pairs of shoes totaling about $100 on February 24th. My credit card was charged that same day. I submitted many complaints through their email complaint site and every time they would respond with 'will ship Wednesday' 'was waiting for last shoe' 'if you would like a refund before it ships please let us know right away'. I have gotten a pair of shoes from them in the past and loved them. Never again.

I placed an order months ago for a pair of shoes from this company, they charged my card and I did not receive the order. After a few weeks I inquired by email and they finally sent the order... the wrong order. I returned it and requested they please send me the correct order. A month later, no response. I've sent numerous emails, and have called them to no avail. Three months later: no sneakers, no refund.

If you are thinking of doing business with Dimout Shoes, BEWARE!
