order never received & will not respond to calls or emails

i ordered wedgewood china dec. 8, 2007 from placesettings.com and was informed later it was backordered 6 wks afterwhich i emailed them to see where the order was. this was a christmas gift and as of this date have not received any response to calls or emails regarding my order...do not purchase merchandise from this site.
