Orbitz-same O:one week prior departure I find out that my flight is cancelled, time & money lost, no logic explanation, » customer service"-useless, just lie. Have all flight confirmation e-mails days after reservation, made a call to "customer service" three days after reservation to make sure everything OK, they gave me 100%.Two weeks later My flights with Delta - cancelled. Called Delta, they point to Orbitz. Two hours with Orbitz "customer service" representative and then they try to sell same flight tickets to me just 1000$ more per ticket(International flight).I guess they have a Right to Screw customers...
