When I subscribed to OpenAire Oxygen Service a few years ago, I was told that this service would be at no cost to me, all charges would be paid by my insurance company. When I cancelled the service, I was billed for last four months of service totaling $731.00.

I have been using open-aire for more than two years. They have provided me prompt and courteous service every time I have had to contact them. Most recently my in home oxygen concentrator failed and I called them and received a new one the next evening with a box and prepaid label to ship the broken unit back to them, Today, my portable unit broke and they are shipping me a new one which I will receive tomorrow afternoon. They also send me supplies whenever I call and request them. To me, they are a reliable company and serve my needs very well. I have absolutely no complaints about them. 05/05/2016

Can you give no Stars! HORRIBLE!
You call for supplies and nothing 3 weeks later nothing.Last night my moms oxygen machine broke. it does not pump any air and a red diamond light is on. I called "the 24 hour support line 3 times it was a messaging center, 13hrs later still no return call. I stated that the portable machine at 6 liters has a MX code and my mom is only getting 89% oxygen. Guess this is ok with the company since NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK... HORRIBLE SERVICE locked into a 5 year contract and when this is over I'm RUNNING
6+ hours just for them to fax a form to get oxygen locally and waiting
