Onslow Memorial Hospital review: Filthy room

Was admitted to the nastiest room I have ever seen. When I was coherent I had my husband bring my phone in so I could take pictures. Trash waded up in corners. Floor was filthy and nurses warned me not to dare put my feet down on floor. Sink was worse than filthy. When ER brought me to room the bed had not been changed, they refused to put me in it. The nurse took the dirty sheet off, did not clean plastic mattress and put clean sheet on.
Floors were horrible beyond description. I sent pictures to a director there and they apologized and said they would shut that room down and clean it. Why was a patient even put in there?
