Apparently, I had purchased a packet on information about selling on ebay back in December of 2007. When I paid the $1.95 for the packet, it stated that there was no obligation. We all know what that means, now don't we? There was no explanation of terms of service or anything like that. Just pay shipping and handling, receive the packet and that's it.

First of all, I never received the packet and to be quite frank, I never gave it a second thought considering I only paid less than two bucks for the info. The website I looked at on May 13th is not the same website I sent the $1.95 payment to back in December. The website may have been switched or upgraded since then, but the website I purchased the packet from made no mention of a '14-day trial or any other cost...like I said, 'no obligation'...
Now my Credit Card (which was innactive, since I wasn't using it) is overdrawn, and this company has fraudulently removed over $160 AUSD!
