After ordering the online cash success kit and coming to the conclusion that it was not what was being advertised, I immediately called the company and cancelled the order. They gave me a confirmation number and refunded the initial 1.97 charge. I thought everything would be okay until I received my next credit card statement and quickly discovered that they had in fact continued to charge my account several times for 79.86 under elitepack which I never received or ordered. When I called the company again they told me that my cancellation number was not valid and the individual with whom I had spoken and had even gave me his extension number did not exist so they would not refund my money but gave me yet another cancellation number. I called capital one to dispute the charges which got me nowhere because capital one said that the company charging was a merchant and could continue charging my card even if I changed the card number. So now i'm in limbo waiting to see if I get my money back or i'm going to have to cancel the card.

There is also a link at the top of the home page that opens up the terms and conditions in a separate window. Customer service is our number one priority and we do everything we can to be open with all of our customers. Of course, mistakes can be made; and if you were not aware of our terms and conditions in our site, we are happy to offer you a full refund if you return the unused product back to us.
