Phone number to cancell
Complaint Rating: 100 % with 13 votes
Company information:
Online Cash Success Kit
Washington
United States

I sent an email to customerservice@justthinkmedia.com like another person had posted, then I called 1-866-481-8192. It sounded as though they had recieved my email and were already in the process of getting that charge removed from my account. They said it would take 5-7 business days for it to post to my account (even though it only took them 1 day to take it out of my account). I will post back again if I do recieve my money back or not. You have to make sure that you say that you want to cancell everything with them so that they won't keep charging your account. They gave me a confirmation number, although, it was only 3 numbers long, so, I'm still skeptical.

Just make sure that you don't fall for this scam!! If you're here, you either already did, like most of us, or your smarter than we are and are actually doing research! Good job to you, don't waste what you think is only going to be $3, when it's really almost $100 a month!

I also called the number (thank goodness for skype). Initially she said she would not issue a refund, but I said I would contact my bank and get a charge back, so she said she would ask a manager and then she came back and said they would do it as "customer satisfaction was their number one priority". Bullocks!

Now, I am wondering, I think I should still contact my bank and cancel the transaction because I do not think the refund will be forthcoming in 5 - 10 working days. My cancellation confirmation number was 5 digits, but I noticed someone else said theirs was 3 digits?!

I agree totally. I was scammed by the Online Success kit also...amazing how $3 turned into $95 for a demo.
As far as I am concerned the only ones having success is the ones who created it!!!
I am now very skeptical about working from home.
Its too damn risky to fall into money making traps especially if you're a mother.
I decided to get a real job.
All these 'work from home' places just seem to make you SPEND more money than make money.
There's an old saying YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE TO SPEND MONEY TO WIN OR MAKE MONEY ----THEY ARE SCAMS.

I had same horrible experience. I just called their customer service number 1-866-481-8192 canceled my membership. I got my cancellation confirmation number with 5 digits. Remember to call another number 1-866-396-2729 for Identity Vault the service you haven't signed, but OnlineCashSuccessKit signed you same time with some service you have never heard about it. Identity Vault gave me 3 digits for the cancellation number. Hope there is no more other service, they have signed me. I will have to wait and check my bill until next month.

I called them and they say they can't find my file. How could they bill me with $79.86 if I don't have file. I have cancellation number but they didn't recognize it because they can't see my file.

I just signed up for $1 and then did research on this company and ran across your emails and this website that warns consumers of this company. THANK YOU!!! I called immediately and cancelled and here is where the issue arised that I discovered for most. It states very clearly as you sign up for the kit that YOU WILL BE CHARGED reoccuring payments of the $79 and the terms STATE that your CANCELLATION PERIOD IS 2 DAYS ONLY. So, it is amazing that they actually refund anyone after the two days because in fairness, it is our duty to perform DUE DILLIGENCE on any purchase and if given terms, WE SHOULD READ THEM. I am usually guilty of not reading the long and lengthy terms myself but this time I did and cancelled right away . They claim they will give me an email confirmation that goes with the 6 digit cancellation I recieved on the cancellation phone call I MADE WITH 2 DAYS CANCELLATION PERIOD. I will keep you posted!!! I did call the number 866-481-8192 and spoke with a "Tiajuana". I know...I was concerned a bit more when I heard the name? lol Nice name but a bit concerning when trying to get a refund back/cancellation from a company I already am sceptical about. Why couldn't her name be Mary or Sally???? lol
