Dear Sir,

in Jul/6/2008 I was charged for your company 104, 85 euros for antivirus 2008. I only asked for this, but you charged me for Alpha Wipe and Premiumm support as well. I didn’t receive any of these products. Furthermore, I ask your for refund (104, 85 euros).
