I understand that payday loan companies charge fees which are analogous to over several hundred percent interest. I have used such companies before because the cost of not having the money (late charges, etc...) was much greater. Other payday loan companies are more like businesses, whereas One Click Cash is a racket. Like most payday loan companies, One Click Cash loans emergency money if you need it before your next payday. When your next payday comes around, you either pay the lender the amount you borrowed plus interest or 'roll over' your loan and pay only the interest. Not how it works with One Click Cash.

If you want to 'roll over' and pay just the interest on your loan (the interest can be around 1/3 of the original loan amount), One Click Cash sets your payment date to be your next pay date. However, if you wish to pay off your loan in full, One Click Cash sets the due date to be one business day before your next pay date. When is a person most likely to have enough money to pay off a loan? Why on payday of course. When is a person least likely to have enough money to pay off a loan? Well that would be the day right before you are paid.

One Click Cash is not interested in you paying off your loan. They make it as difficult as they can for you to pay anything but interest. If you have a few hundred dollars on hand and you want to pay your principle and accrued interest before the day before you next payday, they say no. Stay away from this scam at all costs.

I wanted some info on how to renew my loan, and how to pay the loan in full when I'm ready, one click cash says I can fax them to let them know I am ready to pay my loan in full, YET they do not give a fax number in their pages, and no where to find one. And when I tried the contact us mail, it just said ERROR, site moved or changed, what can I do know, my god! I'm ready to do myself in from being taken in, , can someone help me please??!!!

I HATE this company! I had to change bank accounts, and, like a responsible person, I notified the company of the new account for my payments. They promptly ignored this and eventually stated I had to send something in from my bank. I got the only form my bank would give, and this company rejected it because the bank officer hand wrote my account information. One Click said they have to have a typed document. My bank will not do this type of account verification (they used direct deposit slip instead) wiuthout a fee. I explained this to the company in an email. They responded saying it wasn't good enough (in an email), and they debited the wrong account. Then, they wondered why they did not get their money! AND they charged me fees! The online site said I owed $260. I filled out the online form for payment arrangements to pay in 2 payments. It said I had to receive confirmation that it was accepted. There was no confirmation, so my efforts were again ignored. NOW, they started calling my references and harassing them! I called, and they said I now owe $425!!! What the hell??? Apparently, while ignoring my efforts, they were charging return fees for the account I TOLD them about the new account! I asked for a supervisor and was transferred to a generic voice mail. Yeah, like I will hear from any supervisor. NEVER, EVER do business with this company!!!
