Olive Garden theft

Management at the Fairview Heights, IL location are extremely unprofessional. When the issue of theft was brought up, they stated that the employees stealing were teenagers and refused to address the issue and asked us to leave! Also, I witnessed employees stealing tips off of their coworkers tables! On another occasion, the dishwasher got severely burned by the scolding water and management told her to go back to work or be fired. Can not believe these managers are allowed to continue to work at this location. My family will never eat there again unless there is a management make-over.

Olive Garden food

I made an online order from olive garden on 1/15/17 and picked it up at 1:30pm. I ordered chicken alfredo. While eating a piece of chicken from the alfredo I bit something extremely hard and sharp. It appeared to be a piece of glass or a similar object. Either way it had no business being in my food and I almost choked on it. This is unacceptable. These types of "mistakes" cannot be overlooked. This could have gotten caught in my throat had I not caught it in time.

Olive Garden dogs in restaurant, not seeing eye

Olive Garden Kingston Pike, Knoxville Tn. Was eating and Gentleman brought a black fuzzy dog in restaurant, commenced to letting it up in a couple different seats and actually took it to eat with him. I am not only allergic but do not eat after animals, even though I love dogs outside. I will not go back sadly, even though me and my friends love the food and the service. The dog was in the same seat that I had sat in. Not acceptable.

There are many different types of service dogs other than seeing eye dogs such as hearing dogs, mobility assistance dogs, diabetic alert dogs, seizure alert dogs, and psychiatric service dogs. My little cousin has seizures and her dog is trained to bark when she has a seizure so our family knows what is happening. Also, the dog will put his body in between her and the floor to break the fall when she's having a seizure. So just because someone isn't blind doesn't mean that they don't have a disability and need their service dog with them.

Olive Garden pasta fogali soup

I went to the take out, ordered the soup above, they said it would be 10 min, as they had to make a new batch.
Well, it was terrible, watery, an not the same as we had got before, or when we have had dinner there a while ago. We were very disappointed, as we had take out before an it was delicious, vegetables were under cooked, An just not the same as always. Big pieces of tomatoes, not sure we will order that soup again., or even eat at the Olive Garden again. Very in happy customer.

Olive Garden the waitress

I went to olive garden in augusta maine yesterday at noon. W my clients n her daughter n law n toddler. They had no complaints but i did. It started off i asked for lemon n my water. N got no lemon then asked for my soup to come out right away n no soup came til after my meal. I undeestood she was new n training. But no one was with her. N right away she said she would give me a soup to go home with for my troubles. Well it just didnt end there. I aske for a a 2nd soup and. Got the wrong one. By then. Now im pissed. I couldve believe it. N i couldve ate more. But i was so upset. I just wanted out of there. Now the next day. I go to eat my soup that was a compliment for her screwing up the first 2 times. Has no gnoccis in it. Omg. No way. It was bad enough the issues i had yesterday no they still going on today from yeaterday. I was really disappointed n due to my likes the place. We go there very often. N scarred to now. If i gonna b that stressed over a luncheon.

Olive Garden food

On Thursday, Jan 5, 2 friends and I stopped at the Olive Garden in Coralville, IA at around 1:45 for a late lunch. Our waiter was Joe, and he was wonderful. We were not thrilled with the food. I realize we were past lunch and prior to dinner service, however, we were served the dregs of the lunchtime meal. I ordered Fettucine with grilled chicken. I received Angel Hair pasta which was so dry, I had to ask for extra sauce. Normally, m fettucine is draped in a velvety sauce. Not this time. Leftovers. The chicken was crispy to almost burned on one side. The breadsticks would go hard in about 4 minutes - microwaved? My friend ordered Cavatappi with Alfredo sauce and it was dry and her chicken was also crispy to burned. The other friend ordered Cavatappi with meat balls and received meatballs with no sauce on. Naked meatballs.

So disappointing as we only get to Olive Garden once every 2 months or so and we really look forward to our Olive Garden lunches. We live 50 miles away. And, our bill came to $75.00.

Olive Garden food poisoning

My husband and two children went to eat at olive garden in Lafayette la. About 630 yesterday evening. The staff and our waiter was very good . My family and I left the restaurant and started our drive to our town which is an hour and about 30 minutes away. About five minutes after we left we began vomiting and practically using the restroom in our clothes which was not exactly fun to say or do. My children are very very ill right now and so are my husband and I. I'm sure it's food poisoning. We were fine before . Not one thing to complain about until we ate and left.

Olive Garden service/food

It took 20 min for a waiter to ask about drinks, another 10 to get drinks, 15 to place order, over 40 min to get salad, soups, then my soup had plastic in it. Manager said it happens. So I canceled my food, my family loves Olive Garden, our Christmas tradition to go eat there before shopping and now I will not go back. I just thought it took to long and was very disgusted by the plastic in my soup.

Olive Garden food

In Knoxville, TN Turkey Creek area-- we love Olive Garden. But last Friday night we had terrible food. We were kind of shocked ☹️ We ordered the 5 cheese ziti and it came out with a crusty top on it. We found it odd since we order it almost every time we eat there. Then biting into it was luke warm. So now we know why it had a crust on it. It got thrown in the oven in an attempt to warm it up. Then the noodles were not even close to done or al e Dante. Hopefully this is a 1 time experience.

Olive Garden service at olive garden warrensville ohio

I ordered my meal online yesterday. They gave me the time of 4:30pm for pick up. I went to the restaurant to pick up. The guy at the front finally asked if I was there for pickup after me standing there for 5 minutes. While all the staff hugs a woman and man I assume they knew. The woman went into the kitchen with street clothes on and was talking and hugging all the staff. After that was finally over I was able to let the hostess know my order I told him he called it on the microphone. After waiting 15 more minutes I went back up to the desk. The lady checked and told me I had no order. I was upset then after waiting all this time. The general manager Steven came out and told me the same thing. They were very rude never tried to check further into it. Basically just sent me on my way with no food after I had waited all this time with my daughter. I was very upset the manager said it was nothing he could do and it was my fault I must not have ordered right. I saw a confirmation number appear after I ordered. I also put my card in the computer and it was charged 16.12 for something I never received. I had to then reorder and drive all the way to Parmatown Olive Garden with my hungry daughter. I called the restaurant about the charges and was able to speak with a nice manager Kelsey he looked up the charges but couldn't find it in the computer. He told me I have to bring in a printout from my bank showing the charges. I am very upset with experience at this restaurant in Warrensville, Ohio. I order often off line from other locations and never have this problem. My friend told me the same thing happen to her at this location. I would like to speak with someone concerning this. I will never ever go to this location again and I advise others not to. They were all rude and had no customer service skills.

Olive Garden label in food

I ate at Olive Garden at Ashley Park in Newnan, GA. Our waiter was extremely friendly and very nice. It took us quite a while to get our salad. We got our food after about a 20 minute wait. I didn't finish my food so i got a to go box and brought it home. As I was eating my left overs I found a label in the bottom that said "use by Monday" not something in wanted in my food..

Olive Garden food sickness

Today on Dec. 30th, 2016 my wife and I had a lunch date at the Olive Garden in centereach NY. Everything was great service wise and the food was good as well, I didn't finish the food cause I felt unusually full, but not more than 10 minutes after we left we were at Walmart and I had to run to the bathroom to throw up. I threw up about 7 times and had stomach pains for the next few hours. Since that food was the only thing I ate all day I know it was the food from the Olive Garden that got me sick. I'm requesting a refund of the $72.46 as compensation for me getting sick which I think is more than fair. Thank you

Olive Garden order placed online was not ready

Hello I am upset because I work as a nurse and lunch can be hectic to have at times so I placed an order today online for the Olive Garden picked my time and when I got to the place to pick up my order the hostess looked in the system and said it didn't go through. I had driven all the way there to pick up my meal and couldn't not wait for them to start fixing it when I got there. I don't understand why this quick service is available to use and when you get there it isn't even useful to the consumer. I was very upset and didn't even have time to go somewhere else to get lunch. I won't be doing this again.

Olive Garden got ranch dressing spilled on me by a waitress

Hello, yesterday 12/26/16, my mother in law and I had lunch at your restaurant in horseheads NY. Everything was great, service, lunch, appetizers all of it wonderful! So my complaint is when we were almost done, a waitress behind me had just cleaned off a table and had a tray of dirty plates and things...Well it got dropped and I felt ranch dressing hit my back. I had a brand new sweatshirt on that I had got for Christmas from my husband. It is a Victoria's secret hoodie...IE very pricey! Although everyone apologized and asked if I was OK...No one offered a discount or gift card or anything. I have worked in the restaurant business and I know when an employee makes a mistake like this, it's just that a mistake, but I also know, you offer the customer something to apologize or co.e back. As well established as your restaurant is, I'm highly disappointed I was not offered something as I walked away with a brand new hoodie ruined...Thank you for reading this and I hope to hear something back.

Geezus. Ranch does not stain. Wipe it off with a wet towel then wash normally. Bam problem solved. What is wrong with people. Accidents happen. Clothes are nothing but a material possession. If it came down to it your life would mean more than that damn sweater. Stop being so damn greedy and start being more grateful/thankful.

Olive Garden long wait, terrible food, bad service

Good Morning,
Yesterday 12/26/16 my husbands family and ours went out to enjoy a meal at Olive Garden. When we arrive they had told us wait time was 25 min, we didn't get a table until 45 min passed and we had to ask. We saw people that had just arrived being seated before us. Once we were seated we started to order with the drinks then our food. We then had to wait literally an hour and 20 min for our food to be served to us. And that's only because my husband went to ask. The waitresses did not go check un us. And the only times they went was to take the bowl where my soup was served away. Without offering or asking if we wanted some more while we waited for our meal. We had to stop a different server to get some more soup. Our food finally arrived. My husband and brother in law had order a stake that had some shrimp on the side with some square stuffed pasta. The meat was so hard with no flavor whatsoever. I ordered shrimp alfredo and paid extra to have chicken added on the side. $3.26 for the chicken. All i got was 3 small tiny strips of chicken with 6 pieces of shrimp. The medium size shrimp. This dish always comes with a lot of the small shrimp the one that's already fully peel. I asked the waitress about it she said she had no idea if maybe they had changed the shrimp they used. Which in my opinion she should be inform to let customers know of any changes before they order. My dish cost me $25 and it was mostly just pasta. It was a really bad experience that we had. We get it they were busy but I paid full price for my dishes. Why was I getting way smaller portions then usual? So that it will last them longer for all the customers coming in? Then in that case my meal should of cost less because I was receiving less. The Olive Garden we went to was at 3650 Tyler St. In the city of Riverside CA 92503. Thank You

Olive Garden extremely slow service, confused waitresses

Kind of weird experience at Olive Garden in Huntington Beach. First, we were seated and forgotten for about 20 minutes. When we asked for help the waitresses could not figure out which waitress was supposed to wait on us and they discussed this right in front of us. They finally just took our order. We got our soup and salad in a few minutes. About 15 minutes later we were asked if we ordered entrees and I said we did, they checked to see if the order was placed and it was. About 10 minutes later our entrees arrived, so I took 45 minutes to finally get our dinner. The food was good, but the lack of any somewhat speedy service left a sour taste with us. We are regular diners at Olive Garden in Huntington Beach and this was really bad.

Olive Garden service

We visited the Olive Garden on Peach Street in Erie, Pa on Friday Dec. 23 2016. We called at 3:30 asking what the wait time was and were told "no wait time, but that could change at any moment". My daughter works at Starbucks and said that she would have never served a this cup of coffee to a customer. I pointed it out to the waitress and she said that she would replace it, but after waiting 10 minutes, when she did walk by I just told her to take it off of my bill as I wasn't in the mood for coffee anymore. This is not a complaint about the food but the service was lousy and the coffee was not something that I should have received. Overall, this was a very disappointing dining experience at your restaurant.

Olive Garden bad food

Garden last month could not believe that you have to pay separate for your me $4.99 I just feel like that's not fair if the meal is $10 why would I pay an extra $5 for meat when it should be all included in the meal if it says chicken alfredo it should be chicken alfredo with the chicken but you have to pay separate for the chicken I don't feel like that's fair. You need to have your waitresses notify the people ahead of time that they are being charged extra for their meat that is totally unfair that you people do that to the customers I will never ever step foot in your Olive Garden's ever again I feel that you guys are ripping people off and you are very unfair to people

Olive Garden salads

I was charged $17. 27 for one unlimited bowl of salad. I couldn't believe I was charged 5.99 a piece for three salads. We only ordered one and no seconds. We ordered the appetizer platter for $11.99 and had bread sticks and one ice tea. I couldn't believe they charged me that much for one salad as they didn't bring us the two salads they billed me for. What is wrong with this picture? Do you think this is fair? I am a senior citizen with a fixed income and with the tip for our waitress, it was about $49.99. I won't return to olive garden, wished I had gone to Longhorn bet I could have got more for my money. Olive garden is now off my places to eat. Iam in shock.
