I purchased an item on ebay from Old Time Prices. I sent a check because they did not accept paypal or credit cards. I was notified by seller heatherl1809 she had received my payment and it would show up in 3-9 working days. After 10 working days, item was a no show. I sent seller multiple emails but to no avail. I filed a dispute with ebay and seller never responded. I then filed a complaint with ebay security and they stated they would investigate the matter but could not tell me the out come due to privacy laws and protecting the seller. The ebay dispute system and ebay security people are useless. They have no concern for the buyer, only the seller. I have even contacted the Union County Sheriffs Office in North Carolina and they were no help either. I have turned the matter over to my attorney that I keep on retainer for her to handle. Avoid using Old Time Prices store as they are a rip off. As it stands now, I am out approx. $200.00.
