Offerwire: Not giving rebate

I placed the order on offerwire.com on July29. The package didn't arrive on time and I called offerwire.com. They tracked the package and it took three weeks to investigate it and deliver the Cable Modem and the router. So it ended up installing my service on Aug29. I sent out my rebate on Oct29 since I need to keep my comcast active for two months and send it out with 90 days of the order. Only Oct29 is the valid date for me to send it out and I have no choice. If it didn't take so long to get the router and modem, I will have at least two weeks valid period to send out rebate. So it is not my responsibility if the postmark date isn't Oct29 and I cannot control the post office and make them accurate. And when I set up the installation and asked my concern about the rebate date, I was told by the customer service that it would be fine and I should be able to get it. I still keep the conversion text. The rebate is the only reason I ordered the service through the agent and offerwire.com. But now, I was told that the postmark date on my rebate is Oct30 which is invalid. What kind of rebate requires the postmark date should be exactly Oct29!!!
