I am attempting to register a credit card with this web site so that I can add funds to an inmate phone account. I am able to register on the web site, but when I attempt to add a credit card so that I can actually put funds into the inmater's account, the web site freezes. I have gone into the web site multiple times and get the same response. when I call the customer support number it's totally automated and does not offer the optiion of putting funds into an inmate account, only into "my account", whatever that is. If I call an alternative phone number that I was given to put in funds for an inmate, I get told to go to the web site. Quite frankly, at this point I consider the whole operation a scam and totally nonoperational.

Far future references when registering with connect network.com they automatically send an connectnetnetwork invoice directly to your email. do not delete the invoice save it...read over and at the end of the page it says " IT If you have any questions, please send an email to support@connectnetwork.com or call [protected].. " Click onto the link requesting to reset your account. it takes 24 hours for them to reply. Once they have notified you, they will have you answer a security question...click onto the link below answer the question, send it back...Than connect network.com send you your username and password or which ever one you forget...Now you can go back into your account...Do hope this has
helped one and all of not to experience another episode of frustration..
OffenderConnect.com enjoys an exclusive position of authorization to provide inmate telephone out calling. The company is so inept and not responsive to those on outside trying to set up inmate calling access. I have complied with their procedures. They take money on deposit that cannot be refunded or consumed as the inmate cannot use it. What a "screw job" they are running.
either don't know or intentional poor setup ! they can take your money, but make it impossible to get a refund or unused money ! no customer service ! just automated circles !
I got the account set up, but, won't let me get the money back after done. the refund page isn't real, just a link to a nothing Javascript ! no working customer assistance.
Call your Regulatory commission. We did that in sc & have not had a problem since. You should be able to find the info in your phone book under BILL OF RIGHTS.
