I ordered supplements from the company Oceans Bounty Dietary Supplements. I paid for the order $206 and the seller provided 90 days of guarantee. I waited a month, but nothing arrived. I contacted the seller, but he told me to write him email and provide the order’s info. But I searched for the contact info on the website, and there was nothing. Maybe someone has any idea how to track this seller and return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.

I have been an idiot and purchased products online and sucked into an automatic shipment before I realized that I was a victim. I'm ashamed to say that I have not always checked my bank account online until it was almost too late. My credit union has a wonderful fraud prevention alert and if it was not for them I would not have known. I've beat myself up enough. So, please don't throw any more punches my way. I noted that Oceans Bounty's address is right here in Colorado. If necessary, I will show up on their doorstep and demand my money in cash. I need to tatoo on my forehead also "if it sounds too good to be true--it probably is"! Research research research! berries18...

RDR-Aventura, FL This company just charged my new Amazon Prime Credit Card $419.22 for a product I never ordered nor needed. For the life of me I cannot figure how they got my address and credit card number unless thru some scam or phishing scheme thru Amazon!?! I spoke to a Ocean Bounty rep today he gave me a tracking number from FedEx which appears to be bogus. Tracking number depicts that the U.S. Postal Service handled the delivery > NO SIGNATURE < for verification. Never received what ever product I was charged for. Will continue my investigation on the 13th. Will keep you informed of this "potential scam" and this incompetent company.

Ordered 4 bottles, used half of one and was VERY disappointed! It did not do as promised! It did NOT lower my A1C but it DID raise my blood pressure so high that my doctor took me off of it IMMEDIATELY! I was then sent a second order that I did not request or authorize. I tried to call the number on the email I received stating "Congrats on you recent order" and got nowhere fast! Will have to close my credit card in order to stop the charges. I should have know better and I will never do this again! BEWARE!

Ummm. I ordered this product, and it did take a long time to receive it. I called the company and they located it for me and eventually it arrived. I am happy with the results. My doctor was very happy. My blood sugar is normal after 1 month of taking the pills, and a slight change in my life style to help with the changes. This is not a magic pill, it does work, and the company is easy to get ahold of and talk with. They do refund if you call them.
Excellent product, and would highly recommend it. If you don't want it sent automatically, there is a button to select. You can phone in an order, when you run out. I think people just like to complain. It does work folks. I am living proof and doing excellent.

I am also a Diabetic and I DID ALSO THE SAME AS PATRICIA, SEARCHED GOOGLE AND FOUND ALL OF YOUR COMPLAINTS. THANK YOU.. Lets say they pray on the people that are like us on a corner, though I know the government has the cure locked away. they do really do have it. and are bound to prohibit any scientific data made by any one to hit the media or the Dr. community. all they say to any proven research is " unfounded or inconclusive" even if 10 people got the treatment and got Cured... we have been hacked by the food and drug industry, and the Doctors are also trapped too. they are to keep it quiet or lose their practice. and I thought that "The Cosa Nuestra".. criminal Mafia was the evil one.. .

Well, I have had a good experience with the product, itself since I started taking it, I have taken it for two months. I am diabetic and I had begun to experience diabetic nerve pain in my feet. After the first month, the pain was practically gone. The 2nd month has been kept at bay, no pain in the feet. My problem is that I have ordered the 3rd bottle. I was told it was shipped on the 2nd of this month, June 2015. Today is June 12, 2015. I have not as yet received that 3rd bottle. I have called and talked to two people who said they would call me back but I have not heard from either of them yet. They say it takes from 3-5 business day to receive and it has been that long but I have not received it. I hope that I do because y'all it has done me good so far as I can tell. I do know the diabetic pain is gone. Whatever other side-affects that may be happening, I don't know. My only complaint is I have not received that 3rd bottle as yet. I don't know about the radiation that someone mentioned. Ed Wiggins

I would also like to thank everyone for their comments. I was afraid that if it sounds too good to be true, it is. You have confirmed my suspicions. I will not be purchasing this product. It sounded really good. I am a diabetic and was looking for something to help with high blood sugar

Where is this brown seaweed being harvested from? Has this been tested for radiation from the Fukushima nuclear meltdown? If it is being brought up from the Pacific Ocean, we already know that the seaweed holds double the Rems of radiation. Customers need to know this, otherwise you are poisoning the public with very high doses of radiation.

Brown seaweed is bad for you. It kills the blood sugar and kills your cell, I lost one finger cause of the brown seaweed that contracted H7-N2. Now I cant work anymore and they try to froud me by charging many fees on my credit card. I got 587$ of shipping charges and I can't contact the seller cause he offers free vacation everytime I call him. I try to contact the Ocean's Bounty HQ to compensate me with free anti addiction to my brown seaweed dependance. Please help, I am going bankrupt because of the brown seaweed and i can't pay for vaccination for my kids.

I do believe that the government should investigate this kind of froud, and put them in prison, since this is a crime, We should get rid of people whom abuse the need of helpless. This mean that before the bank make a payment must have all the informations of the receiving istitution.Of course we client will be billing extras money, better some extras than loose everything.

TO ALL ONLINE BUYERS !
IN ORDER TO STOP SELLERS, FROM CHARGING YOUR CREDIT CARD MULTIPLE TIMES, CHECK FIRST WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD ISSUER IF, THEY HAVE THE FEATURE CALLED "VIRTUAL ACCOUNT" OPTION . THE WAY IT WORKS IS SO : INSTEAD OF FURNISHING YOUR CURRENT CREDIT CARD NUMBER, TO ANY SELLER ON LINE, YOU CAN GENERATE A TEMPORARY NEW NUMBER, WHICH THE CREDIT CARD ISSUER WILL ALLOW THIS NUMBER, TO BE USED ONLY FOR ONE TIME PURCHASE !
IF THE SELLER WILL TRY TO USE IT A SECOND TIME, HE WILL NOT BE ABLE DO IT.
THIS WAY YOUR REAL & REGULAR CREDIT CARD NUMBER, IS PROTECTED AND INVISIBLE. BESIDES YOU SHOULD ALWAYS BE AWARE OF OFFERS, OF MONEY BACK GUARANTIES OF AFTER 90 DAYS. CREDIT CARDS ISSUERS HELP YOU ONLY WITHIN 60 DAYS, AFTER 60 DAYS YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN. THIS IS A FREE ADVICE TO YOU, IT COST ME A $1000.00. GOOD LUCK & ACT SMART !

I ordered 2 products...they took another product cost from my credit card totalling $199! I called the number given only to get a survey regarding a "free" vacation. I could get nowhere from there and no live person except to discuss the vacation. When I asked about the product order he hung up on me.

Now I am stuck a $700 order, no product, and nowhere to call!

DON'T BUY SUPPLENTS ONINE! Write that on your forehead!

You don't know these people; so why give them any financial information. Go to local supplement stores and try to find the product or one with the same ingredients and try it; if not satisfied, take it back and a local business will refund or they know they have lost a customer.
These online firms are mostly scam artists; they will continue to bill your banking account and you can almost never get your money back. If displeased, go to your bank and close the account and get another one and another debit or credit card number. .
If it sounds too true to be true, usually it is a scam, people.
