OAN billed me through Verizon, for "Directory Assistance Charges". Two charges of $5.49 each for two minutes were charged to me. What I found out was, after providing my phone number, name and address, they still could not find information on how I was billed?

If I hadn't asked, they would be 10.98 richer, times millions of people, you do the math...
