I was charged for O N A Services on my phone bill. I live on a fixed income from Social Security and can't afford surprises like this from someone that I never even heard of. I was also billed from I L D Teleservices and E S B I (Enhanced Services Billing Inc.). Both of whom I've never heard of until now.
