NY Traffic Agency review: Traffic Cops 19

Agent Rahman, M Tag#365801 from the Command T-103 has been giving illegal and wrongful tickets to complete his/her quota. He has been giving ticket to people even with a parking permit and writes on the ticket "no valid receipt" and where it says Permit displayed puts "N/S". How is this even legal? These agents should have body cameras just like police officers have to stop their little scam of giving people ticket just to complete their month. Why are not they giving tickets to the millions of abandoned cars parked on the streets. A disgrace to the NYPD traffic dept.

On Sunday Aug.25.2019 at 7:00 a.m. Traffic agent M. Hossain, Comm. T-103, Tax reg # 367932, Device ID. AM5754 wrote a ticket for improperly displayed license plate. All letters and numbers and the New York sign as well as the simple is visible. In retreiving this non merit ticket i noticed several vehicles with the same normal plates with no ticket on their vehicles. Either M. Hossain is incompetent to be a agent or he targeted my vehicle to meet his daily quota. COMANAND T-103, TAX REG# 367932, DEVICE ID AM5754

This complaint is about traffic agent A. Toribio who was unprofessional and abuses her authority. Traffic agent Toribio stated to me in an aggressive manner to move my vehicle, while I was in my vehicle, I replied and said ok before I could move my she jumps out her vehicle and stood in front of my vehicle, so I couldn't pull off and issued me a $115.00 ticket [protected] and called me out my name . When I asked for her Badge number, she refused to give it to me and covered her badge with her coat and drove off . Officer Toribio also told me to stay there her supervisor was coming . Her conduct was inappropriate and needs to be address. For my own safety and the public good Traffic agent needs to be retrained or let go. Accountability in the police force is key to healthy law enforcement.

This complaint is about traffic police I was in parking with my parking light on while I had my head down looking at my phone this traffic police officer say badge no: 1336 already scanned my car and giving me a ticket I’m in the car and the car is on I’m on parked with my parking lights on and she gives me a $ 95 ticket this is clearly in justice and I’m will never pay this ticket I have no problem with paying tickets I have paid more than $2000 on parking ticket but I never got a ticket like this is ur traffics officer frustrated with ur quota system I’m clearly a victim and it take me a whole day to earn $ 95

NYC Traffic Enforcement officer Sayegh P. Command T-106, Tax Reg# 367898, Device Id# AM4731, on 09/26/2018, 05:44PM at the intersection of 8th ave and west 39th street in Manhattan issued me unjustified, falsified ticket with pre made false comments on it.
As light turned green with me being 3rd car we started moving and suddenly delivery truck stopped in front of the 1st car and was making turns to back up to driveway while light was still green. This traffic agent Sayegh P. sprinted towards 1st car from the corner where he was standing with other agents. During 1-2 minutes he issued about 4 tickets without a reason while light was still green. When he came to my car I mentioned that light is still green and what he was doing, he replied "There's no points for this ticket" and went to another car. Everyone moved away from interesection in 6-7 seconds when light started blinking yellow! On the ticket under the section Complainants Comment he put pre made:
"At T/P/O Agent observed vehicle enter the intersection while vehicular was stopped on opposite side of intersection without sufficient unobstructed space on opposite side of intersection to accommodate vehicle. Vehicle operator displayed no indication of intent to make a turn, nor did vehicle make a turn. No emergency conditions necessitating entry into intersection were present."

It took him about 30 seconds to scan my registration on my windshield and place the ticket on it. That comment takes at least several minutes to write! Also, I think this intersection is a ticket trap and money maker for these fraudulent traffic agents.

This officer Sayegh P is a scumbag and low person, shame on NYC Traffic agency to employ such a fraudulent people!

i parked in a no parking anytime spot & did not see the sign for some reason. i saw traffic agent Rasheed, H (Command T-401, Tax Reg #: 356327, Device ID #: AM7504) walking by looking at me. i asked her if i can park there. she walked away without saying a word & a look of annoyance. since she didn't say no, i put some money in the meter & went to run my errand. i returned half an hour later to a ticket. i understand it is Rasheed's job to issue tickets but i find her not notifying me that i was in a no parking spot as entrapment. it is her duty to be a public servant & aid the general population. it was a sad disgrace of not helping your fellow citizen. the fault is mine but i felt her behavior deserved a complaint.

giving out unjustified tickets at Cypress Hills Street and Cypress Avenue getting stuck in intersection do to him making traffic.
Traffic signal timing has delay there for motorist gets stuck in intersection have reported it multiple times.
Everyday Monday through Friday proximately 4:30 p.m. to about 5:30 p.m. this supervisor sends out three other agent to give tickets to all motorists who get stuck in intersection due to delay of signal not working properly.

I'm walking my kids to school every morning, have to cross street on 9th ave and 30th str or 29th and 9th (Manhattan). Traffic is a mess in the morning and it's very dangerous to cross the street there because construction in the area. Few times while crossing with my kids on 30th and 9th, cars turning onto 9th ave just keep going without stopping even when they see pedestrians, my kids got really scared few times, it has been going on for few months now. Traffic police park their car on the 30 str and just sit in there doing god knows what, I see them every morning cause I pass by the car. So tax payers pay them to sit around instead of doing their job. It would really help if someone would stand there and help kids go to school without being scared. It's pathetic

I watched a you tube video called homless man vs homeless kid and during the first 2 or 3 minutes a Traffic Agent in UNIFORM comes up and even after the homeless man apologized anoit asking for spare change she smacks his hat which in my opinion is Assault... That is UNACCEPTABLE!#

Lawrence, E from command T-402 TAX REG # 356537 issued 2 tickets to me for expired inspection sticker. The first dated 1/7 the second 1/12. He never placed either of them on my windshield. I'm thinking this guy does this regularly so that he can go and re ticket people with expired stickers. I was subsequently issued a 3rd ticket - got my car inspected same day. When i went online to pay the ticket 2 other outstanding tickets pop up that were issued by the same agent? And I didn't receive either? That's a bit far fetched. I am guilty of the expired inspection sticker but if i had been issued the first ticket my car would of been inspected and the next 2 wouldn't of happened. This is bs! I reported him to 311 anyone who has any issues with these agents should do the same. Create a paper trail/.

Lawrence, E from command T-402 TAX REG # 356537 is the worst traffic agents I have ever seen. He is in my neighborhood constantly giving out falsified tickets, there's been plenty of times I will look at the information on those tickets he issues and it's completely FALSE. He works in Queens, in the Floral Park area.They honestly need evaluate indecent traffic cops. Also, he is always on his cell phone which is a complete waste of tax dollars. SOMEONE NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING.

The tourist dont spend so when u see those Benz or Mercedes those are the New Yorkersthat do. If traffic is moving why the heck would an agent bust chops. Its the upper class that comes out with tons of bags not the tourist who has limits at the airports. Somebody wake up and understand this point or your squeezing the Apple dry.

Traffic Agent R. Rawal is one of the worst agents, and a future accident waiting to happen. On 5/2/13 as I returned to my vehicle, started it, and was moving forward, he spun his van in front of me, back up very quickly to prevent me from leaving. Almost hitting the grey SUV in the picture. He then jumped out to write me a a ticket. I was stunned. He then took off and when I finally moved and reached the corner, he was in a construction site, parked by a hydrant, NOWHERE to be found! What if there was a fire, what does he say if someone perishes because of his own disregard for the law. The agents are not above the law! They need to know that.

same old story, traffic cop standing off to the side not doing anything with one of the worst intersections in Brooklyn, NY. he has been there for 45 min straight without moving to any other intersection!

i live on the corner of flatbush and myrtle ave. I work from home and watch the USELESS crossing guard/traffic cop everyday. People are running red lights, making illegal uturns, and all this cop does is talk on his/her phone and stand there like a lump. this is a waste of our money and should not be tolerated. how can we bring this to the attention on the people?

The traffic agents on the corner of my street are useless. I have seen them almost cause several wrecks because they don't follow the lights and one person is directing the cars to go on red while the cars with the green light are also being directed to go. It's very dangerous for the pedestrians. Why not just stick to the lights directing traffic. If they aren't causing wrecks, they are sleeping in their van or on the phone. Ridiculous.

R. Upsher is one of the worst traffic agents; he is a liar and issuing false tickets. He should be fired from his job for falsifying information on those tickets he issues. He belongs to 70th precinct in Brooklyn, NY.
