I was charged 9.95 for goodness only knows what. And I want my money back in my account. This has caused me overdraft charges.

I apologize for any misunderstanding regarding the services you've been receiving from our company. There are no commitments with the free product. However, there is a bonus free trial period to membership websites that accompanies the free CD and we do our best to disclose this as it is stated 4 times throughout the ordering process - on the sales page, the order page, the confirmation, it is then also explained in the 1st paragraph of the Terms and Conditions of the offer. We offer the trial periods to give our clients a chance to use the service and see the value of it for themselves before they are billed for it. The trial periods are free for 7-30 days from the order date depending on which bonuses apply. We would not have charged you had you called customer service and canceled during the trial period. It is not our desire to bill clients who do not want the membership after the free trial offer. That is why we have the Terms and Disclosures posted on the sales site directly above or below the "Ship My Kit" Button depending on the site you order from.

Dear Sir or Ma'am:

You have charged my credit card. I don't know anything about you. I didn't use my card to buy any plane tickets. If you do not credit the funds back, I am prepared to go forward with a Law suit.

I believe the Attorney General should be contacted about these theives. We did not authorize any of these charges and yet they take your money under different company names NW-AG 1-800-418-9320 (9.95)is the same company as Grant Search 1-800-479-0979 (39.95). This is no more than a gimmic to steal money. Being billed in small increments so they will go unoticed. This is a scam, run by theives. I believe a class action suit toward the theives should be set foward. Please E-Mail me at HGW3120@yahoo.com if you agree. I am not big on lawsuits but under these circumstances one is warrented. On the origanal application for the grant disc we were told we would be charge 2.29 to be billed in 2 seperate bills 1.00 and 1.29. nothing stated any other charges. Check your accounts because these are professional theives at work. How could anyone feel good about working for a company that runs its self as a sly theif. Drawing a small disabilty check barely getting by and then being charged for services that was not authorized, has now placed us in the overdraft column at our finanical institution. costing over 210.00 more dollars. Well who needs medicince to stay alive. As long as they can keep stealing they are living the good life. MAY THEY ALL ROT IN ****.
