I noticed that on my bank statements that monies have been taken out without my authorization. I have three different transactions - one was from GrantSearch for $39.95, the second one was from NW-AG.com for $9.95 and the third one was from BusinessFund for $7.95. I would like for them to return my money ASAP.

I apologize for any misunderstanding regarding the services you've been receiving from our company. There are no commitments with the free product. However, there is a bonus free trial period to membership websites that accompanies the free CD and we do our best to disclose this as it is stated 4 times throughout the ordering process - on the sales page, the order page, the confirmation, it is then also explained in the 1st paragraph of the Terms and Conditions of the offer. We offer the trial periods to give our clients a chance to use the service and see the value of it for themselves before they are billed for it. The trial periods are free for 7-30 days from the order date depending on which bonuses apply. We would not have charged you had you called customer service and canceled during the trial period. My name is Bryan Primo and I am one of those people that go the distance to find out about things I don't understand like fraudulent charges on my debit card just like the rest of yous reading this. Though I am still investigating this company, I have found out a lot about them so far. Are they a legitimate company? Yes they are. Is what they are doing to us legal? No it is not! They claim they have made each and every one of it's customers aware of their policy and protocol etc. That is a lie and we can prove it. I have started a class action lawsuit against this company. They must be stopped and I along with each and everyone of you victims help by coming forward and joining our cause can accomplish the following: 1)Financially re-imburse each and every victim for the monies they have deducted from our accounts without any authorization. This is to include any and all service fees that have occurred from your financial institution/bank such as insufficient funds, overdraft fees, as well as the merchant service charges imposed for insufficient funds 2)Financially be awarded a cash settlement for all of the punitve damages they have caused us! 3)Last but not least...SHUT THIS COMPANY DOWN FOR GOOD!!! They left a customer service # 1-800-479-0907 as well as a different email address of a person who claims to be aware of all concerns and that he would be happy to correspond with him by way of email and a personal phone # (435) 773-1795. Now I have not personally called nor emailed these people yet. But I have been in contact withthe attorney who is handling the class action lawsuit. I will call just to recrd the conversation of whatever lies they are going to feed me! Good luck to all of you who have been victimized by this fraudulent company.
