Was given a "free" offer for answering a survey on the internet. It stated I just had to pay for shipping and handling. Needed to notify them in 14 days if I no longer wanted the product. I did notify them but it was after the 14 days due to being busy at the Christmas season. They stated I had to pay the $79.95 for the capsules because I did not contact them before the 14 days were up. The way they had it worded I understood that I would pay the shipping and handling on the first one and if I did not want any more I needed to contact them. I believe this is like a bait and switch. They have charged my account and will not remove the charge, but did cancel any more shipments. Not a reputable company.

Hmmmm. I had ordered online like you did, same type of survey as what yours sounds like. I received the product within a week's time and was charged the shipping and handling as advertised. There were no shipping documents in the package with the product, and no contact information for questions, etc. I thought that strange, but wasn't worried about it. About two weeks later, a $79.95 charge showed up in my bank account. When I contacted the bank to see where it went, I found out that the charge had come from NutraLife. After I relayed the information about my interaction (or lack of) with the company, the banking associate asked me if I wanted to file for a bank investigation on the transaction. He also suggested that I get a new check card with completely new numbers to prevent that company from getting money from my account at a future time. After filling out and returning the investigation form from the bank, I waited to see what happened. It wasn't even two weeks later that the money which was taken was returned to my account. If it's not too late, contact your bank to see if they would do the same for you. Good luck.
