I bought the Nuphedragen diet pill. There was so much hype about it. I started taking it very excited about losing some weight. I found that when I took it I did not have a curbed appetite like it says you will. In fact it did nothing to my appetite. I did find myself a little jittery. I am sure that was the caffeine. My feet and hands were constantly twitching uncontrollably. I did not have any surges in energy. In fact I found myself really tired. I also started having trouble with my joints in my hands, elbows, wrists and ankles. My joints would swell up and lock up and it is very painful to pry them loose. I do not have arthritis and I have never had this problem before. I stopped taking the Nuphedragen and I am not having the joint swelling or tenderness anymore. It has taken about a week to I guess get the stuff out of my system. I am not sure if it is just me or what but this diet pill that is getting all the rave has not worked for me. I am not going to finish my bottle. It was just $60 I tossed away. I will just talk with my doctor and get something from him. I would not recommend the Nuphedragen to anyone based on all the information that folks try to give hype about.
