I signed up for a free 14 day trial, after which I could cancel if I did not want to continue it if I did not wish. I received the product. The company proceeded to charge my checking account $89.15, without my permission. I do not want this product! They then sent 2 more bottles of this crap, and charged me AGAIN! I have been trying to call their number on the packing slip. They DO NOT answer their phone, or return messages. I want to return their product, but I will not do it unless I have an RGA # & am reassured I will receive a refund of what they stole from my checking account under false pretenses. This is an internet crime! The BBB should shut them down. I have called he phone number [protected] to stop future shipments & charges. I hope it works.

Ordered the free sample for just the 4.95 shipping and was charged 89. Something on my credit card. I just received another order of Nuderma skin care and deluxe eye therapy that I did not order. I called the number I saw on another complaint and it rang once and not again.

I was never led to believe after the initial trial that this would come and come...I have way more than I use. I am returning what I received today. I cannot pay for this again and again. I will continue to return what is sent and cancel payment. Please reimburse for what is taken from my card.

I returned my first order after jumping through hoops, e.g., numbers outside the box, inside the box etc., etc. I called and was told someone would call back as soon as a rep is available. No call. went to Florida. When I returned from FL there were 4 boxes (2 shipments, for which I was charged $89.85 +$89.15 totaling $179.00. That was for January. February and March were charged the same. I also did not meet the 30-day return policy. sooo TOO BAD MS CUSTOMER. The total of all the unauthorized charges is now about $552.00. I sent all of the product to: Vivante Eye Cream, 1760 W. McFadden Ave., Santa Ana, CA [protected]. I received a call from a human saying they would refund a portion of the last shipment, but could not refund anything on the rest. I now don't have the money, nor do I have the product, which is probably just Crisco anyway, and very little of that.. Of course, most of us cannot afford a loss of $550. I am letting everyone I know + any opportunity to spread the word far and wide. DO NOT DO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They change their product names, company names, etc. They will be hard to catch up with.

Also involved is :
NuDerma Skin Care
PO Box 25380
Santa Ana, Ca [protected]

They claim not to be the same company. Dealing with them is impossible. A trusting, honest person hardly has a chance.

w McFadden Ave - SuiteB 602 Sa nta Ana CA [protected].

back in a single box, which SURPrise! did not meet their 30-day requirement.

I see many people have fallen for this SCAM as I have! I don't know how this is legal and this is FALSE ADVERTISING?!
How do you get away with this? NuDerma Skin Care offers you a FREE 14 DAY TRIAL and all you have to do is pay for shipping charges? NOT TRUE! PLEASE DON'T FALL FOR THIS SCAM AS I DID!
I saw and read their PACKAGING SLIP inside the box and it says you're automatically signed up for this membership and that they'll use your credit card for future shipments. I DIDN'T GIVE ANYONE PERMISSION TO USE MY CREDIT CARD OTHER THAN SHIPPING CHARGES! I called them up to CANCEL and they said that they'll ONLY CHARGE ME $44.98 for the FREE TRIAL OFFER and they'll CANCEL future orders? ! FALSE ADVERTISING!

Found this site thru a Google search. My wife was snared in the same scam ---- "free" samples. She ordered two and was hit for two $89.xx charges on her debit card. Don't bother calling the crooks, or telling the BBB, or the government --- the crooks are crooks, the BBB is powerless, and the government is interested only if you can turn your misfortune into civil rights violation. Simply contact your card issuer and start chargeback procedures. This is the only chance you have of getting your stolen money back.

The "lotion scam" is just one of a never-ending series of only crookery. The greater worry isn't the money that was taken from our accounts; but that the scammers now have our credit card info.

I had the same problem, I cancelled and they still sent more, $268.00 later I am still fighting them for my money back, and had to cancel my card. They said I did not cancel with them. They are a rip off.

I was charged twice for this product I reported it as a scam to my Sam's Club MasterCard. They refused to refund or back my claim because they said I didn't cancel in time. I complained to NuDerma for charging 89+ each for NuDerma and their other product (which I never received ). No luck. What now?

This was supposed to be a FREE TRIAL, what a headache. I called to cancel and heard the same automated recording that everyone else seems to have listened to. I too was mislead with the FREE TRIAL OFFER. I will be contacting the BBB and plan on reporting this company to misleading consumers and misrepresenting their so called free trial offer. If I do not receive a full refund or any other consumer does not receive a full refund for this product, all of us will have to file a class action law suit and this company will no longer be in business to rip off anyone else.

I also ordered from Facebook from Nuderma Face Cream and Vibrante skin.85 for $4.95 ea for shipping of samples. Then I get hit for $89 each in January but no product. Then another charge was about to hit in February when I called and cancelled my pending charges. We shall see. No where on their facebook posting did they say it was auto shipping and charges. Don't fall for this scam! Hope my future is rid of this terrible company.

This is unbelievable - SCAM-SCAM-SCAM- SCAM- and I can continue indefinitely. They called for a resolution, what a crap. I really do not understand how this kind of business is still open in this country. The internet is full of complains. Hey - BB - do not really read what's going on? Shame on Nuderma - shame on BB because does not shot down this kind of businesses.

i too got scammed. I placed the order, realized it was a scam and called immediately to cancel. The Vibrante person I spoke with tried to assure me that it was not a scam. I said I still wanted to cancel as I was not getting what I thought I was ordering. She said that she would cancel my order right away. She never would give me a confirmation number, just her personal id number was all i needed she said. I did get 3 emails saying it was cancelled. The NuDerma guy yelled at me and was rude as could be and tried to "make a deal" like this was haggle time. I told him no that I did not want this product nor was I ordering it. He told me my account would be billed 89.95 and I told him absolutely not. I got an email saying it was 4.95 and I wasn't paying that either. I DID NOT want his product. He told me I could do whatever I wanted but they would get paid their money cause it was already billed and then hung up on me. Within minutes I got a email saying my order was cancelled. I was already on the phone immediately calling and reporting it to my CC company and cancelled my card. This is ridiculous and the last time I try to order anything online. I should have known better!

I was just scammed as well for what was supposed to be a 14 day free trial of these products. My cc was charged a $4.95 shipping fee for each product (NuDerma Face Serum and Vibrante Eye Creme) on 1-2-15. I have the USPS tracking information showing that one package was delivered on 1-8-15 and one on 1-9-15. I have not even opened the boxes and have absolutely no intentions of doing so. I just happened to catch the pending charge on my cc today 1-18-15. I called phone #s listed next to the charges on my CC and was told to enter my phone number. Next I got a message calling me by name saying that my auto-shipment was sent on 1-17-15! What auto-shipment? It had not even been 10 days since the "free trial" products were delivered! The next message was that I that I could cancel my account by pressing 1 which I did and I got a message saying that my account was cancelled/closed. The next message said that if I wanted to cancel future auto-shipments to press 1, which I did. The next message said that there would not be any addition auto-shipments and provided me with a confirmation number for cancelling future auto-shipments. I had to keep pressing 3 for the message to be repeated to make sure I had the cancellation confirmation numbers written down correctly. Since message was computer generated it was very difficult to understand. The next message said that if I had ordered the products online that I would receive an email message confirming the cancellation of the auto-shipment. I had to go through this process one for each product separately. I did receive an email for confirming cancellation. I called my cc and they say that there is nothing they can do as long as the charge is in "pending". Once it has posted then I can dispute the charges on my cc. I should have immediately recognized this as a scam to begin with as NOTHING is free, but I thought that just maybe this was the real thing and if people got the trial samples, tried them, and were pleased they would definitely be ordering more. This scam is well organized and they have the timing down to a science. They are sending out the 1st auto-shipment 14 days after they started the packaging process not 14 days after you have received and actually had chance to try the products. Everyone should call the BBB, the Attorney Generals Office, and the US Postal Service to file an official complaint with each one. That is the only way to put these people out of business.

Thank you for supplying a VALID phone number. My July trial offers shipping was debited by a company called 'Glamskin'...more like Scamskin! I received my 14day trial and cancelled via voice mail to [protected] (the number listed by my bank next to the debit). Now October, I receive 1 bottle and I looked up NuDerma and all I found was a Chinese site. Today I was debited 89.15. I called them to contest and they have no record of my call to [protected] so they offered to reduce my cancellation fee since it was not 'timely' and send me goodies--as though I want anything from them ever again and they stated it was the bank's fault for listing a 'wrong' number, as they often do I was told. Eventually I said never mind, I'll deal with the bank (who would not help, I was told). One minute later, I received an e-mail notifying me of a refund! Hope this helps someone.

I received a box by UPS containing what I expect is your facial cream and I did not authorize this purchase by Nu Derma Skin Care. I am returning this product unopened and am expecting a credit to my Visa charge for this return. I do not want any additional shipments of this product. This is a SCAM that has been appearing on Facebook and after reading of other complaints I realize how far reaching this SCAM has become. If I do not receive a credit for this erroneous shipment I will be contacting the ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE to file an official complaint.

My complaint is the same as the others. I received a free trial of the nuderma skin cream and a free trial of the vibrante bright skin and I used both of them every day and neither one of them worked. I was very disappointed so I called and cancelled before they decided to ship me anymore and I got a recording and couldnt even talk to a live person. the next day I noticed that they took $89.00 out of my account using my debit card for the nuderma skin care and another $89.00 out of my account for the vibrante bright skin. all this happened right around christmas and now iam getting bounced checks and my account is overdrawn just because of that company. now I want a complete refund of $179.00 deposited back into my account and I dont know how iam going to be able to do that since I cant talk to a live person. this is for sure a messed up scam. that company should be ashamed of themselves treating customers like that.

To speak to a human at this company, press zero. All of what happened to you all happened to me - except I never ordered these at all. Never even heard about these products or visited their sites. I had ordered from another ### company called Life cell. After I ordered from them I received nu derma. I just thought it was life cell. Three days later I received vibrante. I called life cell and they said they went together (semantics). After two weeks I got life cell and really nervous. Life cell gave me a five day extension on the first two products but after my credit card was charged the $89 today I called what I thought was life cell's customer service number they gave me I got Nu Derma instead. As a "courtesy" they refunded 50%. This scam has weedy roots and need to be held accountable. BBB has only one complaint. That needs to change! Also the states legal complaints dept., FCC, Federal Trade Commission and have your credit co. Block and dispute them.

Re nuderma /vibrante skin care
I did receive a refund from vibrante for $89.85... and supposedly am to receive money back from nudema also ($89.15). (they also apologized.)
That awful day I received an email confirming an order... I called my bank's 800 #... and when local bank opened I went there as fast as possible and closed the account, so there could be no shipments. (I did not order a thing and a recording said future orders were cancelled!) I am stunned at the way they handle their customers. I am still owed $89.15 and am watching my bank. what a horrible way to be treated and it is worse that it is near christmas... sure not a way to celebrate if you are duped out of money. it is hard to talk to someone and then when a miracle happens and you talk to someone they are well trained and explain everything without batting an eye. how could they sleep nights when they know so many people are in trouble with their bank account. read all the [redacted] about this company out there on the internet... read the [redacted]. am sure the atty general is hot after them. sure there is a way this company can make legitimate money?

I'm submitting my complaint regarding the SCAM of a free sample of Nuderma Face Cream that was advertised on Facebook for the charge for SHIPPING only. They then proceeded to make two unauthorized charges of $89.85 and $89.15 and I never even received anything but the two samples. I ordered on 11-08-14 and was told I had two weeks, which is plenty of time' to decide if I liked it or not. I was NEVER informed of any such time limit. I called them on 11-14-14, well within the two weeks, but they came up with some bogus order date in November, which was a lie and I had my order # from them with the order date on it! I was told that I agreed to the terms and there was nothing they could do for me. After a long, upsetting conversation, they only agreed to refund the $89.85! They said there was no such charge of $89.15. First they only offered me half of the $89.95 and said, "That was more than fair." Also, the cream causes your skin to turn red! I pray this horrid company be held responsible for such a dishonest claim. So sad.

I also was duped by this company. Saw the free sample for only $4.95 and was stupid and ordered. Credit card was charged for the $9.90. Do not remember seeing a thing about having to cancel within 14 days...and I find that so many others (over 11, 000 I believe) also missed that!. This is just what these scam artists count on. Wish I lived in California, if this is indeed where they are from...if so...I would be camping on their door step.
On Dec 9, 2014, I received an email confirming my order, which stunned me. I hadn't ordered a blasted thing! I immediately called the phone number and was not able to speak to a human and a recording stated, press a number to cancel. I did and got message that I had cancelled. Each time I called back it recognized my phone number and the recording stated I had cancelled my order.
As soon as my bank opened I was there to file a dispute and they cancelled my credit card so no more charges could be made and filled out paperwork to dispute the charges the crooks had made to my account. The bank also called the number and got the recording that my order was cancelled and I would get no further shipments.
I now have to wait till my bank sends me a new credit card, which is a real nuisance as I had already had to have credit my card replaced before because it was compromised when I was caught up in the Home Depot problem.
I still wasn't done with the crooks and began sending emails and filing scam reports and placing phone calls and lo and behold...got a human to speak to and he explained what I got was a 30 day supply and that you were only to use a small amount...or some such nonsense. (He also said he was representing Vibrante and had nothing to do with NuDerma...what a lie! I explained I was reporting them to the attorney general and told him that he should be ashamed of working for such a company. He offered to refund me 1/2 of $89.85 and I ignored him and hung up.
Yesterday...out of the blue, I got an email letting me know they were refunding me $89.85 and I should see in it my bank within 7 days. I will see if it does indeed come through. But...if I do get this money, what about the NuDerma skin care charge of $89.15. I emailed NuDerma and let them know I was reporting them and also that I had contacted my attorney.
Apologize for the lengthy explanation...but it has been a whole unbelievable chain of events and also I did apply the NuDerma once the day I got the stuff and it made my face red...so will throw the junk out.
There are many legitimate companies out there...but I will never again order a FREE TRIAL of anything.

I ordered the free trial and canceled it before the deadline. I was assured that I would not be charged for anything, Not only was my bank account charged, I never received the product. Because they submitted it to my bank illegally I did not have the funds in the bank and was charged a $35 bounced check charge. This company is a scam. They make their money from ripping people off. When you call the number for customer service it is a recording saying that my account has been canceled and good bye. It says to push 3 to repeat the message, but I pushed 0 and was connected to a live person. They are saying that because I canceled my order, I have to pay the $89.00 for the sample that was sent to me for the trial. This is a rip off. I am turning them In to the better business bureau and writing letters to everyone I can think of to have this business closed down.

I saw this product advertised on FaceBook to the tune of 24.99. I ordered it from a Facebook link to a website, ordered it. Imagine my SHOCK when I reviewed my cc information information and saw an unauthorized debit for 89.15. Furthermore, no transaction receipt was included in the product packaging. My plan: Contact my bank, Report this company to my Home State Attorney General and complain to FaceBook, where this product was advertized. I called the number: [protected] (Thanks!) and cancelled for any future orders and received a confirmation #. I plan on getting a 100% refund, and wont settle for anything less. K.D.D.

I called ordered the trial on 11-19-2014. On 11-20-2104 I felt something wasnt right so I called the number I was given on my confirmation order. It says put in the phone number you made this order from and hit the pound sign. I put that in and hit the pound sign, it next said hit 1 and pound if you want to cancel. I did that 3 times that day. Thats all you got, it said what your order was, but thats it, then goodbye. I get a bill today on my card. I called that company and told them what had happened, they actually could see that I called in on 11-20-2014, but I had no confirmation number because I was given NONE. When I called and canceled today I have a cancellation number. I threatened them today with fruadulent charges, they refunded me back 75%. I had done the same thing with Vibrante Eye cream that same day on 11-20-2014. Today I was charged by them, also. When I called them about this they credited back the whole amount. I have received 2 emails today telling me they are canceled and the refund amounts. So yea Tammylance, you call the attorney generals office and let them know what is happening to all of us...

The same happened to me. I read tje fine print that didn't say I had to cancel in 10 days or they would continue to send me bottles of NuDerma. I told them I didn't want anymore. to Cancel my order. Well I received two more bottles. One yesterday and one today. I don't want this product and can't seem to cancel the order. Do we all need to get together and have a class action suite or whatever and sue their pants off. I don't have the money to keep paying for stuff I don't want

I was also taken in by this scam. I received the ad on facebook as if it came from a friend who sent it to me. I never read anywhere on the site that it was a 14 day trial after which I would be charged $80.15. and entered into an ongoing subscription service.
So, it was a complete surprise when I saw the charges on my Visa. I called to complain and was able to get it canceled but not before they were into me for $160.30.
The bottles that I received have very little product in therm, really not enough to even begin to tell if it might be a good product.
Stay away!
