Nuderma Skin Care auto shipment/trial sample/no authorization to charge

Did not realize this was a auto ship program, had not even finished trial sample received product again with auto charge to credit card. Called and cancelled requested refund. I was given return number and returned both products shipped for refund. Instead they charged my card on March 5 again then refunded for that charge following day. I called and inquired after seeing credit card statement was told someone would get back to me nand this never happened. I called and customer service would not even allow me to finish summary of charges, talked over me and then informed me I had to pay full price for trial sample in January becAuse this was not returned within 14 day time frame. Never received any information with product just product. I still have to try and deal with other comPany for their product same situation, fr vibrant eye additional charge of $89.95. I thought I was ordering 1 product to try of 4.95 and if I did not like it was guaranteed full refund not this whole mess. Rip off, rude and information changes every time you call. Customer Service Rep Tarra aid 427. Happy to send proofof my MasterCard statement and list all dates addresses and return numbers after someone has contacted me.

Nuderma Skin Care unauthorized debits

I ordered a "free sample" of a skin product where I would pay only $4.95 for shipping. I gave a credit card number for the $4.95. Two weeks later I'm being charged for TWO samples and charged $180 for two products I don't want. I got scammed. I've called the company to get money back, but they say they won't take the product back for a refund and tried to give me a 35% off deal to continue buying the product monthly. I'm going to the bank to make sure nothing else is removed from my account. The CS rep spoke terrible English and I had to ask her to repeat everyting. She refused to transfer me to a supervisor 2X. On top of all that I got a rash from the sample.

If you did not want the products why did you not return them? Perhaps you are the one that is having trouble understanding her because of lack of hearing, have a doctor do an ear exam. Also it seems you have trouble with the English language. I am pretty sure it told you that you would be charged for extra products. Yet your reading is so poor that you could not understand this. Why keep a product that gives rashes. Probably just a lie to make them look bad because they refused to bend the rules just for you. Does mommy know you posted this?

Nuderma Skin Care charging credit /

I ordered, what I was led to believe, a trial sample of product for the price of $4.95 which was for the shipping. After 14 days of continuous use I thought I would be given the option of ordering the product again. No where was there any mention of the real price or that it would be charged to my credit card for the so called "free sample". I was charged $89.85 for the one sample of face serum and also another $89.15 for a sample of Vibrante eye creme. A total of $179.00 plus the original ship charge of $4.95 for each of them. When I tried to get re-imbursed I was told no and they were very rude about it. I was told my credit card company couldn't do any thing to help me either. This constitutes false advertising and shady business.

Nuderma Skin Care trial offer of nuderman

On January 23, 2015 I went into the trial offer portion of Nuderma skin care. I filled out the form, BUT when I saw I had to also receive a second item and that it was automatic shipments, I cancelled out of the form. On January 28, I received the trial of Nuderma, with a bill for $4.95 for shipping. There is no phone number on the packing slip and no bill was included although the shipping amount is shown as owing. I did not complete the form and did not want the item after realizing it was automatic shipments. Cannot find a way to contact them, but will return the trial and hope they do not ship another.

yes I too got scammed they made out like I was paying 5.95 for one product but then they added the second product 4. 95 this was supposed to be for a trial for 14 days.they never said it was from the moment I ordered it! then they charged my bank account almost $200 plus the 595 plus the 495. when I called them to cancel my account with them they argued with me about everything had to call back the next day to make sure they cancelled on the second product that I never even wanted. they are rip off people they are rude and I never did see anything good with the product guess I should have bought ponds cream.in order to get a partial refund of 35% they forced me to agree to not sue them I very quickly said yes duress yes! attempting to leave my options open to sue them for being scammed! nobody should have anything to do with these people they need to be ran out of business

I suffered an allergic reaction to using this product around my eyes. I too called the CS rep when I reviewed my CC statement and saw I had been charged for 2 products 2 weeks after I ordered the "free" samples, not from when I received them and actually started using them. I got pretty much no where with this a-hole, he kept saying "I understand" and refused to credit back 100% of these charges. I told them I would be happy to send this crap back to them and he refused. This is a scam, the reps are a-holes and this product is CRAP! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

I got scammed! There's no way to get samples for $4.95 without incurring charges for a whole month. I too, got a lesion on my face after using this product. Don't talk to these scammers! I'm amazed they are allowed to do business like this. I'm going to continue complaining until I get to someone who can do something about these jerks. On top of everything else, the customer service rep barely spoke English! Now I'm worried that even after talking to the CS rep, I will continue to get automatic charges.

I was also taken by this scam. I ordered the "free trial" and paid $4.95 shipping fee. When I received my credit card statement, I was shocked to find a second charge for $89.15 two weeks later! When I called, ( number is on same line as cc charge on statement), it was like pulling hens teeth to get an answer about what the second charge was for. I was then informed that I had agreed to the charge if I didn't call within two weeks of the first charge, that the charge was for the product that I had received as a "free" trial!. This was charged, not after I received it, but from the date that I ordered it. The product itself is worse than the cheapest drug store product that you could get. All it did for me was give me a couple of scaley lesions on my face like ringworms. I'm going to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

I too was taken by these "free samples". It seems that I thought I was ordering 2 from the same company only to find out that each was from a different company. When I went back to the website to see what I could find out about cancelling, I ended up receiving 2 more products from 2 different companies. I had never agreed to anything but since they already had my credit card number, they just charged me.
It takes a detective to find a phone number to talk to the customer service. I thought I had cancelled everything only to find out that another new product had arrived. So far, I have been billed for $540.
I don't know why a state attorney general couldn't go after all these scammers. They seem to function out of different states which makes it more difficult to catch them.
I think my next letter will be to the Minnesota Attorney General.
Maybe she can put a stop to these companies. I do think that $90 is a bit much to spend for 15 cc of a lotion containing god knows what.
Thank you.

I also ordered "free samples" of Flawless face serum and eye creme online for shipping of $4.95 each and was then was charged $89.85 twice on my credit card and enrolled in automatic shipment without my approval. Company only lists a PO Box in Santa Ana California. Refused to refund any money or allow return of product. Disputing with credit card company.

The same thing happened to me, with a 'different' company that is located at the same address: Vitier face and eye cream. I ordered both, agreed to pay shipping and handling, and found two charges on my bank account for 85.97 and 89.97. Total rip off! And the numbers provided do not work, cannot get through to a person. I could not find anything stating that I agreed to paying $89 for their product, too, explained that i am on a fixed income and this makes things difficult for me. Naturally, had I known that this kind of money was involved I would have authorized nothing.

Nuderma Skin Care did not authorize order monthly

When your sales person called to confirm the 4.95 special I told him in NO uncertain terms I did not want a monthly order of the product. Now I have received an order which I did not confirm. I am calling my bank today to stop payments to this company immediately. I saw the offer online and wanted to try the product, NOT to get monthly supplies. If this is not stopped immediately I will have my attorney contact the company. Your sales persons need to listen to what they are told. I never confirmed a monthly supply to be sent to my home.

I also sent away for the Nu Derma cream in Nov.and I have not received it as of yet and it is now Dec. 10 and I noticed that they took out $123.64 and when I called them and left a message they did not get back to me I told them not to be taking anymore money out of my account and close this account. Well no reply. I finally got a girl on the phone and she said well you had 14 days to try this product out and I said I didn't even get it so how can I try it out. When I asked her name she said oh I cant hear you hello, hello, hello and said I will call you back. I freaked out and said don't give me this crap and you better call back. She said her name was Atfha which she spelt .Which she did call back . She said it is at the post office. I told her they only keep it for a couple of days then they send it back so do they ship it out again . She said more less no but I will send you an extra free sample so this is what I get no money no product but 1 free sample. She was like a robot just kept saying the same thing over and over again that my 14 days were up and I kept saying I never got the cream to try out. She said it is at the post office and we sent it out on the 21 then she said the 24 of Dec.so there is no way I could of tried it out in the 14 days as I ordered it in Nov. She said it was sent out by Imex and she gave me a tracking number well the post office didn't have it and the tracking number isn't a tracking number they never heard of that number. I kept leaving messages as they seeming are always busy with customers and finally I got a hold of a guy who called himself Edd well seemingly the girl I was talking to before her name he said was Victoria not Aftha he said well I will put you through to Finance as I said the bank said if they don't give me back my money then they will talk to them so he said don't do that. Well the finance person wasn't there and he said he will call me back that day . No call back . The next day got a Email saying that it probably hasn't gotten through customs and be patient. I called my bank CIBC and she said if it comes send it back and wait 14 days then call them and they will do something and I said I want to change my account number she said that they can still take money out so I guess I will just have to close it. I called them the next day but the mail box is full . The names these people are given out are not even their real names it is all a big scam and we are the fools.

I could probably just copy and paste the above complaints because it's exactly what happened to me. What really aggravates me is after the initial trial order they sent and charged me without my permission I called the company and complained. I told them I was going to press charges and blow up Facebook about their scam. They gave me a partial refund and I told them I didn't want the product and not to touch my checking account again. I didn't hear anything from them for almost three months and then out of the blue they take money out of my account again. I didn't even get any product this time. When I called it took three times of being on hold for 10-15 minutes at a time before someone answered. Then when I explained what I was calling about they hung up on me. I'm going to try to press charges and I have to cancel my debit card. They need to be stopped!

I did not order any products from you but you have charged me with 89.15 and now I can not find a way to talk to a person so I am going to call my credit card company to cancel this charge- I did not even get what I paid 4.95 shipping for!

I also ordered the free sample. Did not order any additional product.was charged for a jar I did not receive. attempted to get a refund, they will not accept phone calls. They are crooks. I paid for the sample and additional jar I never received. the company is NuDerma Skin Card..They said I ordered on12/25/2014. I don 't believe anyone would order a product on Xmas day. I would feel sure that they were closed on Christmas and not processing orders.

I too ordered the free trial and then I see two charges on my account for almost $90.00 a piece this month which put my account in overdraw. I immediately cancelled them because I assumed that I hadn't read the fine print, it must be very fine... but I was at least expecting to receive something in the mail for that exorbitant amount they charged me but no, ...after talking to an account representative he explains to me that what I was paying for was the sample I had already received...What! I asked to see where
I had signed up for this deal and he told me to go to the web site. I tried but no where does it show me the original agreement.
This company is definitely scamming people BIG TIME! Not only that but the product is CRAP! It burns your skin and I have noticed more wrinkles around my eyes since I've used it... I think I am going to complain to the Better Business Bureau about this company.

Same story as everyone else. I only wanted the sample and now I got another one in the mail and my credit card was charged. I am calling my credit card company and going to have a dispute. I refuse to pay 89.85 for something I did not order. This company needs to be shut down. The sample of the cream made my skin break out. What a scam.

I tried the free trial. Never authorized automatic shipments. Received more packages I did Not order, and did Not want. Had no information in box, wasn't told they were charging this huge amount of money from my account. Have called and canceled after looking the brand up on the Internet. This is a Scam! I'm out hundreds of dollars. I've asked for a refund. This company needs to be shut down. And I want my money back.
