I ordered some items on the internet, thinking I was just getting some items cheaper for a trial. I had no idea that I had signed on for regular shipments sporadically at the tune of $79.97 to $89.15. I do not spend this kind of money on skin products. I was informed that I had 15 days to cancel this order; however, when it was delivered to my house I was on vacation from 9/5-9/22 in Europe; therefore I did not realize I had received it. I also did not know that I was obligated to cancel the shipments. I just received my VISA bill and that is how I found out I was charged this amount of money. I called them to cancel and shipments and also request a refund since I had never opened any of the products and would like to return them and they said that I was obligated to keep them since I did not cancel in time. They did cancel any further shipments and gave me 50% off of one item and said I could not returned the other (they were still in their package unwrapped). I explained that I had been away till 9/22 and was also in the hospital for several days and they said that they could not do anything about it. To add insult to injury, the customer service representative said that I knew I was going on this trip when I ordered the items over the internet. I also explained that I was a senior citizen on a fixed income and she said how could I afford to take a trip like that since I said I was broke. I never said I was broke, and also this trip had been planned for over a year and I do not know why this has anything to do with it. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said he could not do anything about refunding my money. I advised that the representative should get training on how to handle customers over the phone and that was not a good example of this company. I also advised that I have never been denied full refunds by any reputable company, especially since I did not want the products. I hope there is something I can do about this.

A total scam and fraud. It did not explain, notify, dislcosed any forthcoming monthly payments. I really that I was getting some samples... Stupidity on my end. This company needs to be closed down before any more innocent people get ripped off. There is no web site available for customer service or to view their advertisements

I called the number on the billing paper (I unwittingly used my debit card, note: always use a credit card, they will take the money back from the company and give you a refund). The billing number should be found just after the name of the company that billed you. It doesn't look like a phone number but it is. Good luck everyone. My product was delivered while I was on vacation. Buy the time I got back and used the product for 2 weeks and called for a refund when I saw how much I had been charged, they said it was too late and all they could do was give me a $44 refund. Well it is better than nothing. Wish I had used my credit card.

The only thing you can really do is request a new credit card number, then they can't keep charging your card!I just got scamed from them also..lesson well learned!

My mom is having the same problem. The product did not work and now they won't give her a refund. They do not send any information with the product or any type of receipt in an email. This is a scam. Terrible customer service as well. Did anyone have any luck?

I as well used this cream and did not see any change. I wish to stop the order and cannot find any address or phone number to contact for cancellation. I was not aware that I would continually receive this product as it was a trial basis. I would not and cannot afford the purchase of this product (NuDerma firming face serum).
