I ordered a small bottle of acai berry & they told me that they would only charge me $3.99 for shipping & handling and that the bottle was a sample to try. Yesterday I rec'd my bank statement and they charged me $89.31! I called them and their representative hung up on me too!

Please help-I'm on disability & on a very tight budget! Thanks alot! Laura Kornak

I too ordered the sample bottle for $3.99 and they charged my account an additional $89.31. When I realized this, I immediately contacted nubodi. I was told by Ann, they do not accept return merchandise and they do not give refunds. (This is according to their terms and conditions listed online in very small print, I'm assuming) I then told her, I will be contacting the better business bureau as this made no sense to me. An unopened package for a product I didn't want to begin with should be refundable. It wasn't until I stated that I work for my Credit Union and I can have that charge blocked and that I also will close my debit card to all further purchases, that she stated she could refund me half of the cost. "which is it, do you do refunds or NOT!"

I got hit by Total Cleanse which I am finding out is owned by NuBodi. Same thing happened to me. I had to go cancel my debit card.

Same thing happen to me. Thank goodness I caught it as a pending charge and had my credit card company cancel the charge and dispute it. But I did have to change my credit card number to ensure that nothing like that happened again, since they gave it out to other companies (a gas card company calls with the last 4 numbers of my credit card stating that they got it from this company and will be billing my credit card $60 for a gas card I never ordered). This is sooooooo messed up. I hope that the Better Business Bureu hurries up and shuts them down.

I also just recently had this happen!!! I called got the ladies name con# and they told me it would take 14 days to credit my acct.. I asked it didnt take you 14 days like the add said so why should i wait!!! The lady gave me nubodi customer service web and a con # to track. i am trying to get there now to see if it was posted. We wil see!!!
