Once you order the trial sample which you are supposed to have 14 days to try it out before they automatically ship you a 45 day supply. But they send the 45 day supply within only a few day's of the trial order shipment. They ship it so you receive it towards the weekend or on the weekend so even if you try to call that following Monday - the phone is busy or they put you on hold and then the phone just goes dead after waiting for 20 minutes. The key is they say that once the product has been shipped you can not be refunded your money. So the scam is that they ship it before the 14 day's so that by the time you do call even if it's 4 day's after you receive the trial order, it's too late they have shipped and automatically billed your account. I don't understand why we can't enforce them to refund our money since they did not wait the 14 day's to allow time to review the trial offer. I tried calling for 2 day's straight about every hour and kept getting a busy signal finally at 5:00 p.m. when I called on a Tuesday I got put on hold saying all operators were busy (of course they are getting complaints!) finally after about 20 minutes someone answered and said it was all legal and there was nothing they could do. So I'm out $89.31. I did get a confirmation number for the cancellation because I've read on other complaints that they didn't really cancel their order even after they had called to cancel it. I'm going to contact the Attorney General's Office to see if there is anyway to get my money back since they shipped (which can be confirmed by UPS) the product before the 14 days were up that I was supposed to have to tryout the produce. Even if it is the best thing since slice bread I wouldn't keep getting it, not when they are scamming people out of their money.
