I ordered a free trial sample for the cost of $3.95 (Ship&hand.) My doctor to0ld me not to drink the pills. I have called them to cancel 10 times and there is no answer. This smells like fraud. I don't have 89.00 dollars to throw it away that were charged to me on Feb 5/08. Beware!

i think the thing is you might need to call them when they first open which is 8am mountain standard time which is 9am central standard time i got through and hope there is no reprocussions

Same thing happened to me. It's like they don't even give you enough time to wait for the result after taking the samples then they'll go ahead and send you a new bottle and charged your credit card right away. I tried to get a hold of them to cancel but they keep you on hold forever and your long distance charges accumulate coz' they don't have a toll free number. This is completely ridiculous. I wish I listened to my children not to order this product!

I can attest that the same thing happened to me. I contacted the BBB, sent regular letters, a certified letter and today, 2/21/08 my $87.31 was refunded. I have an email address to the this company. My number is 252 445 4528. I would not give up. It took me 33 days but I have received my refund.

I just ran into the same problem. I saw a charge on my credit card and called them. I was on hold for about 10min, then was told I could not get a refund and they did not accept returns. I did get thier address and plan to persue this. Any suggestions? I will start out with the certified letter and contact the BBB.

WOW! I've learned a lot today. Most importantly I'm glad I didn't have the chance to try the "trial" product. Found many websites stating people were very ill after taking. I called to cancel and the same day my cancellation was taken (even received a cancellation code) my credit card was charged. I am disputing the charges thru my bank and will go from there. Of course they will not answer the phone now. I have seen many many complaind on other websites as well. I will not stop until I receive my money back!!!! Any other info you may have please feel free to email me.

I worked for nubodi.. It IS a scam company. They DO send thier product out late so customer dont have time to try it. They hid thier terms were cust wont see them & they have a bogus office in las vegas, nevade when they are really based out of sandy, utah. I am trying to shut thsi company down.. please send your complaint to erno_h@yahoo.com & i will send them to the utah BBB.

I was luck enough to get a refund! Only because I read the complaint boards and found Wendy Philly from Las Vegas. If there is anything we can do to help please let me know. I know alot of people are losing their hard earned money on a product that doesn't even work and not knowing to click on the terms. I was one of them people, luckily I did recieve a refund. I work for Nubodi and we are not a bad company, unfortunately the response for our products were much larger that expected and at the beggining of certain campaigns we had trouble keeping up with demand. Please, if there is a problem and you can't get through to us by telephone...e-mail us at customerservice@nubodi.com and we will take care of you right away. That e-mail is checked daily. We want all of our customers to be happy and we will help any way that we can.

We have over 200, 000 satisfied customers but it is sad that there is a small part of our customers that had a bad experience. Again, to that small group of customers we will help in anyway we can. Ernest used to be an employee here, he placed the above complaint. He was fired when he was not treating our customers with respect. Now he complaining to the exact people that he used to be mean to. He was told to give a refund to a customer and instead he argued with them. We have all of this recorded for quality control purposes. For that he was let go. He has made numerous treats to our call center manager and has several warrants in several states. He is a very angry person because he was let go. Please...if there is a problem contact us and we will be so happy to make sure that every one of our customers get satisfaction.

My brother Ernest was an employee at Nubodi. He was educated by his supervisior Brain NOT to refund the customers. He did his job and they fired him. He threated to take legal action against the company and they fired him. His co workers called him racial slurs and made false accusations against him. Even now on here they insult him. if you call the 801 number they say its customers service to not reveal the company name. they say he has warrants in several states but he has only lived in 2 states and of that its over 2 simple speeding ticket infractions that he just paid off and they were rude to mention this online.. ernest did not harass anybody & we have the cell records to prove it. Ernest was fired for doing what the supervisior told him to do. Nubodi has several ex-cons working for them. The BBB has "forced" Nubodi to refund the customers or they will lose thier licence. just steer away from this company. Really, Its for the best. i will post thier corporate direct numbers on here needed and that way you can call them directly. We see the messages. Nubodi is going down. the warannts are gone & Nubodi STILL make idle threats toward hjim. I think they show by continuing to insult an ex employee just how immature they are. here are some facts!!!

1. fact. the operations manage was dishorably discharged from the navy.

2. fact. the company was fines heavily by the state of utah.

3. fact. the compay wont even deliver to utah due to this.

4. fact. the call center manage is being charges w/ harasment.

5. fact. even thier own employe belittles this company!!!

I just read the complaints board and wish I had read it sooner. I have experienced all of the same things everyone else has. I am out $178.62 and I have none of their product. I only tried the sample and did not see any results. As someone else stated, I didn't even have time to respond, before they had sent me a new shipment. I refused the package and the post office sent it back. I received another shipment on June 21st and I opened it before I realized it was from NUBODI. Had I known it was from them I would have refusef this package also. However, I called my bank and found out they had already billed my account for both shipments. I am in the process of shipping the product back to them, but I am now afraid that they may get the product and still not refund my money. I have tried all day to call, but as everyone else has said, I could not get through either. My bank is working with me to try and help me get my money back. Wish me luck, but most of all say a prayer for me, that always works better than luck. Also we need to pray for these people that they see how wrong they are..

After reading the comments posted here I contacted the company to cancel my recently placed order for trial product. True I was on hold for a while, but the customer service representative was polite and immediately canceled my order, providing a cancellation confirmation number. I sent a follow-up email to the customer service email address mentioned in other posts here. I will wait to see if any charges appear on my credit card statement and advise this forum.

I never ordered, never recieved anything, but they sure did take money out of my account. I also got my debit card cut up and charged overdrafts f0r all 3 transactions. $3.95, $89.31, $89.31 plus$ 30.00 for all 3 that's $90.00 dollars. I have tried to contact everyone I can think of!!! My bank seems like they could care less! I live on SSD and it's a very small amount of money, this really hurt me alot! I hope somebody stops them once and for all. They should be made to pay back all they have taken from us, as well as the over drafts!!
