Nubeo Watch review: Diabolical service

I sent my Nubeo Medussa watch to USA watch repair as they were they only repair company I could find to mend this brand of watch.
After receiving the watch they took forever to come back with a price for repair. The Quote they gave me was $998. I foolishly gave them the OK to service the watch as I didnt want it sent back from the states, not working. After an eternity they sent it back via UPS which was a tracked service. Again after another eternity and a lot of emails asking where my watch was it arrived back in the states . Then they insisted that I had given them the wrong address.by this point the minimal customer service, was rude and none existent.It transpired that the imbeciles had sent it to the UEA as opposed to the UK, with no hint of an apology they sent it back to the UK. When it finally arrived it was not working the rotor was stuck, please bear in mind that I had just handed over the best part of $1000 for this service. When, under warranty, I contacted them again they asked me to send it back and refused point blank to pay for the postage which with insurance is $150 approx, from the UK. At this point the BBB were contacted to adjudicate, but are fairly toothless in this instance, so Im $998 out of pocket and have a watch which dos'nt work. DO NOT SEND YOUR WATCH TO THIS COMPANY, Adam Carpentieri is a completely arrogant ### and his company should not be allowed to trade as "specialists", i dont think they comprehend the meaning of the word. Save your money, dont fund this knob.
