NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure review: pan card not received 137

I am Gulshan Rai has not received my pan card no AZEPR6585Q despatched on 28-01-2011 by speed post vide Airway Bill No.EM701895888IN. Please Check & despatch the same at the earliest.

MY PAN Card has been dispatched by blue darts courier on 05.03.2011 but till date 16.03.2011 I have not received my pan card requesting the NSDL to re - dispatch the pan card and oblige.

i had applied the pan card on last month. I went through the site and came to know that my PAN card has been dispatched on 05-Jan-2011 by First Flight Couriers Pvt. Ltd courier vide airway bill no. ZB7759144 Acknowledgement Number : [protected]
Permanent Account Number (PAN) : AQDPC3657J . i have checked with the courier office stating that they were unable to find the communication address and sent back to pan card office.
Requesting you to send my pan card by speed post or Blue dart courier at the same communication address as soon as possible.

I am a Medical student.
I was approached by a few Police officers, who wanted to get their PAN cards made, I went to KARVY stock broking Located in in 307 Jaipuria Plaza Sector 26 Noida.

I have been denied Pan card application form at various times in a manner that is extremely rude and regrettable manner, He cited rules for not giving me a form.

Is it wrong to get people make PAN cards ?
Is it wrong to get people to declare their assets ?
Is it wrong to get people pay taxes ?

Their managers support it, they were extremely interested in opening DEMAT for share broking.

The person given responsibility is extremely unprofessional and rude in his intellect,
asked me to come 2 hours later, when I arrived he was having an extended lunch for half and hour extra even though people were lining up at the counter. He then came and told everybody the system was not working.
I requested for a form, he told me he could only give me one.
How can we progress if such irresponsible people continue to work ?

He should immediately be sacked and income tax pan card collection center status should be removed, they do not deserve to serve INDIA.
We are not helpless, KARVY is responsible for their employees behaviour
