I ordered a trail sample and received it in July. There was nothing in the disclosure that I would be charged $97.83 if I did not cancel. I expect a full refund of the $97.83. I called your customer service and they cancelled any future orders, but would not refund me the $97.83. I do see you have received several complaints regarding this same thing. I'm sure you can find my info by the cancellation # I just received, #7482158.

I ordered this cream on June 25 I received it on June 30th per you. I called can cancelled the order on July 11th I retried to cancel on July 10th but you weren't answering phones.

I received my credit card bill and called you and talk to two different men, a Kevin the couple days later Tyrone. Twice now vie been told a manager would call me regarding the charge of 97.83 on my account. I have asked twice to be credited for this payment. You said it was a 14 day trial, these guys you have answered the phones said its really a 9 day trial because shipment is 5 days.

This is a scam, I want my account credited the 97.83. I don't want to have to report this to channel 4 news, or put on facebook your a scam and lie to women but i won't be scammed by your company. nobody has a 9 day trial period. it wasnt on site either.

please do right by me, im elderly and live on 908.72 cents a month.

I ordered product and was delivered April 27, 2017. I was not pleased with product and how it should be used. Since I did not open the product, I returned it on May 12, 2017, with expected delivery date of 05/15/2017 (RMA Number [protected]) to

I ordered the product with the understanding that I would pay for shipping only...there was no fine print about it being a two week trial. I want to be credited for the amount deducted from my account. This is a total scam and one that warrants legal attention. I want to cancel all further transactions with this company. I absolutely do not want any more products to be delivered to my address.

I tried the free trial supply with the agreement to pay for the shipping, I was charged $97.83 not even 2 weeks later and was told when I called to fight the charges that 'they don't do refunds' and that 'it's not a free supply, its a free trail period of 2 weeks. ' total false advertising on a product that doesn't even work! I'm fighting the charges with my cc company and going to the attorney general's office - from the looks on this site and the long list of complanaints, it's happening to lots of people and this is robbery. Horrible way to be starting a business that even good morning america called you out on for having tons of legal problems already with!

I too just ordered the trial package of the facial cream and eye serum. The website said I would just pay shipping and handling, it said nothing about monthly payments of $97.83. I ordered it in may, on the 5th and on the 19th of same month they deducted that amount from my account. I called on the 19th and chewed them out, saying I wanted a full refund back on my card, fred said that I needed to return the product and then they would issue a refund minus a $20.00 processing fee from the warehouse. However I need to ship it back before 30 days of this trial period. I told fred that I will be calling back and talking to his supervisor and the federal commissions board.
