I PAID 29.95 FOR ACCESS TO RECORDS ON ANYONE YOU WANTED TO LOOK UP. YOU CANNOT ACCESS THOSE KIND OF RECORDS ON ANYONE. INFACT IT SHOWED NO RECORDS ON A PERSON THAT DOES LIVE IN THE US. THE ADD SAID 100% SATISFACTION. I JUST SIGNED UP YESTERDAY AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK. YOU TOOK MY MONEY FOR A SERVICE THAT IS NO GOOD.

Same thing happened to me. I tried contacting the company and no acknowledgement. It seems there are others that this is happening to. How do we remedy this? I was charged 39.00 and I want my money back!!! I looked up people who live right next door to me and members of my own family and there is no record. Totally disqusted.

All, I'm sorry to hear of your negative experiences. If you feel the product or service was unsatisfactory, I would try to resolve it with the publisher first. It costs the publisher much less to make you happy or refund your money than to go through the pain of a chargeback.

Allow me to introduce myself, I am a software publisher and I use ClickBank to handle all my financial transactions. Unfortunately, the problem is not with Clickbank but rather the publisher. Clickbank has thousands of these publishers and unfortunately there ARE some shady ones. Clickbank tries to weed them out, but they obviously can't get everyone.

I am here to tell you that there are honest publishers and Clickbank is a reputable company for managing online financial transactions.
