not notifying a customer if a charge is fraudulant . taking it upon themselves to make a decision

i have a sears gold master card for several years. Sears master card takes it upon themselves to determine if charges made to my card are fraudulant or not. If they feel a charge is fraudulant, master card should notify the customer . On several ocassions sears gold master card stop use of my card, which caused me to get fines from E-Z pass. When I tried to recitfy the situation, they were rude and un sympathic to my appeal. Why did they not try to notify me concerning this matter? On Oct. 30th I placed an order for furniture from Bari Furniture company on line and used my sears gold master card. On Dec. 8th I called the furniture company to check the status of my order and was told my master card was declined. When I called master card, they said it was a fraudulant charge. Master card said they called my home and said there was no answer. Well why didn't Master card leave a message? The furniture should have been delivered before the holidays...well thanks to Sears gold master card my family will be sitting on the floor for Christmas!!!
