Hi Sir

I have HP Gas connection from 2007 August, i m receiving Gas from Iyyappa Gas Agency Hosur, Now i have changed my residence so i given the change of address form but now they are asking my ration card since its a transfer connction from my native tuticorin i have the tuticorin ration card.But presently i don't have the Gas for that they are doing booking.My connction no is 621626.

Please take my query & give the procedure to receive the Gas.
