Booked 4 rooms on an upcoming Norwegian Star Cruise this December and the price for third person has been reduced since booking for one of our family members. Reservation desk, and corporate offices refused to give back the difference which was $100.00. We cruise 4-6 times a year and have cruised with NCL over a dozen times. We requested shipboard credit of $100.00. Corporate officer didn't even return calls (we had to call twice) and then they just kept giving us to anyone that they could to defuse the situation. Maybe, the President Kevin Sheehan should be fired. (Hopefully, he is the President because this is who the cruise line gave us as the name of the President)
WE WILL NEVER CRUISE WITH THIS LINE AGAIN AND WE ARE WARNING ALL OF YOU TO RECONSIDER UTILZING NCL AS THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!! There are a lot of complaints on the internet about NCL, check them out! THEY ARE OFF OUR LIST FOR ANY FUTURE CRUISES!
