Was unable to finish down loading ANTI-VIRUS so went to Smiths and bought software and installed Product Key; JHVX7-4XYFT-73GMX-JMQXY-YQT9K.

I am living away at the moment and paid for my norton anti virus by automatic update but it has not been recognised. Do you know what I should do, or have you got a number/email where I can contact Norton, last I tried I was number 99 in a queue
