I signed up for Norton Virus Protection and its not what I want. I tried through Norton to cancel subscription and couldn't do it. I learned how to do it yesterday by the website myord.com. I want my money back.

Just out of curiosity.. Why did you purchase Norton if it isn't what you want? What is it you were expecting?
If you purchased it online, you can request a refund via live chat on their website, or over the phone. If it's within 60 days, they rarely give you any trouble over it. :-)
