We have been on the phone to your call centre in India twice to try and get our new subscription, good until 2010, functioning on our computer. Why is this product so poor? WHy is your customer service so painfully unhelpful? Lenny Alugas sent me a customer service satisfaction survey to fill out. But, true to form, when I clicked on the link...it didn;t work. Please explain.

On May 21 I ordered the 39.99 protection but could not enter it in my computer because I could not delete the McAvey. I therefore deleted the order as well as the automatic renewal. There are no Norto products on my computer. Please refund charge on my Visa card for both automatic renewal and oirder.

I think every company selling a product to public should print a phone # or email address so we can contact them. Norton is impossible to reach. I am very upset with the company and will never recommand it to anyone for that reason. They are quick to debit your credit card impossible to have credit issue.

I was talked into getting the virus protector 360 as they said it would be better for me. I had nothing but trouble since I got that and ask if they would refun my money back to me and they said that they would. I have wrote many times since I have had the 360 removed and which cured my problem but they do not answer. It appears that they changed their emails addresses that I had for them. They do not reply to me and I have not gotten my money refunded back to me. Then I got on another help website and they are charging $2.99 to $2.99 for ph calls. How rediculous I have wrote to several other addresses I have but an sure they will be returned back so decided to write here. I better hear from them immediately and get my refund.

I purchased 360 1.0 august 6 2008 order#4779360512, it is amost a month old ! I still cant download there is no install on my email comfirmation, and I have tried to install following directions you provide on the click here to settings on control panel it doesnot work. I think if you would reemail me with a download button I could install, otherwise you need to refund my money, after reading these complaints I am leery of your product.
