On 3/15/2008 I recieved a e-mail message that my Norton Anti-Virus account had expired and I needed to contact them and re-new immediately or lose that protection. I followed directions and re-newed my account at that time, recieving an order number and assuming the transaction was completed. Three days later I turned on my laptop to find the same message again stating that my Norton Anti-Virus account was closed. I immediately went on-line to verify that I had renewed this account on 3/15/2008. I followed prompts to my previous order, however, I was promted to re-enter my credit card information. When I recieved my credit card statement(today), I had been billed twice for the Norton Anti-Virus product. One on 3/15/2008 and again on 3/18/2008. What must I do to address this double billing issue?

On 2/23/08 I received a message that My subscription was about to run out and I needed to update my system. Therefore, I submitted a request to upgrade. On 3/29/08 I received my credit bill and found that I had been charged twice for this upgrade. Once on 2/2308 for $59.99 and again on 3/17/08 for $49.99. Therefore, I request that the $49.99 charge be reversed as I did not authorize this charge.

I, too, have a double billing on my credit card for a norton anti-virus renewal - one posted on 3/01 for 49.99 from DRI symantecstore.com (not authorized) and another posted on 3/15 for 42.39 from norton antivirus (authorized). It seems like many people are having similar issues - something that your company needs to look into. I would like the 49.99 charge removed from my credit card since it was not authorized by me. Please contact me as soon as possible so that this problem can be addressed and taken care of by your company.

I renewed my subscription on March 1`3, 2008 and received a confirmation about that and an indication that the Grand Total will be $63.98.
I paid with my credit card and when I received my credit card statement I realized that I was charged on 3-14-08 with$49.99 and $63.98

I made a complaint one week ago and no result so far.
I demand a reversal of the $49.99 being charged as a duplicate.

Thanks and I want to see my refund.

I had the same experience as the first complaint, was charged $59.99 on 1/16/08 and $69.98 on 1/31/08. I don't know which one is operating and i still get a notice that I have no protection. What can I do, I sure don't like paying twice?

I too have been double billed for the Norton Anti-virus program. I have already sent a reply to the credit card company stating that I have been double billed. If you have received so many complaints about this. it only seems that you would address the problem, instead of having all the complaints. May be, we all need to drop your company and seek services of a more reliable company that CARES about its service to its patrons. WHAT DO YOU PLAN TO DO ABOUT REIMBURSING ME FOR THIS OVERCHARGE? I HOPE YOU REPLY.

On 3/22 and 3/24/2008 I attempted to renew my Norton security which expired 3/21. I tried to install the system, but could not. I was therefore billed twice and still get notices that my service has expired. Please credit my charge account for $49.99 each.
Thank you.

I also received notice that my anitvirus had expired and thought I was ordering a disc that I could install only to find out that it was to be downloaded. This was on April 3, 2008. I'm still on a dial-up system and at the time, I did not have the time to tie up my phone line. I don't want to order again as I'm sure I would be billed again. I have already been billed
$69.98. Any solutions???
