I just now noticed that we had been charged with Norton antivirus renewal for 49.99. I want a refund. Our computer crashed in February due to an exorbitant amount of viruses and other bugs in our hard drive.
Hence the program Norton has is junk. We want a refund. We never ever gave permission to have this charge authorized for payment.
