I just realized that I was charged $52.49 (on an old bank account, no less) for a Norton Annual Renewal that I did NOT ask for, and do NOT want to pay for. I never signed up to received automatic renewals, and am very disappointed that the company would charge me without asking. I would very much like my money refunded, and would greatly appreciate a response as to how to proceed.
