Purchased Norton 360 for $59.95. Indicates I have 4 items that need to be fixed, will not let me fix them!! So I try support, allowed online access to my laptop to 4 different reps over the course of 5 hours, they assured me all was well, rebooted my computer and could not reconnect to them. Now I am unable to connect to their online help at all. Have been on hold for 1.5 hours over the phone trying to get a refund. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! Go with something else!!
