Had a scheduled appt and called 6 days prior and left a message to cancel the appt. Well, I later got a 40.00 bill because they say I didn't call to cancel. Officer Mgr gave me this balony about not being able to depend on answering machines because they didn't always work?? Someone there made a mistake in not canceling my appt in their system. E-mailed their Corp office 1 week ago and still haven't heard from them. DO NOT use this clinic. Their office mgr is a complete knuckle head!
