Bought a cast iron tub from Home Depot. It was to be shipped to my home by Non Stop Delivery. I called HD to check the status and they said it made it to my town on 9/13/13, and scheduled to be at my house on 9/17/13. With that information, I scheduled my contractor to come out on the 19th at start demolition in my bathroom. Here's the important part, I have ONE bathroom, so once demolition started, that would mean I would have NO tub or shower until construction was done. My awesome contractor planned HIS schedule around their promise date + a few days for good measure. Bad move on my part. As I said, I started calling just to try and confrim everything was on schedule and thats when the run around started. One day they said it was in my town, the next day, it was lost in transit, the next time, it was on hold, waiting for a second part to arrive. Ummmmm...no second part needed, its a single cast iron tub?. Then, it was back here in town, and as of today, they are not sure where it might be. My contractor is calling me from the house saying the whole floor is ripped out now and he cant do anything until the tub is here. I tried begging the customer service lady at Non Stop Delivery to help me, explaining that this is my ONLY bathroom, I have no way to shower AND both myself AND my contractor arranged our schedules around their delivery dates/phone converstaions. Wow, she sounded so bored, like she could care less - zero interest in helping a customer. When someone is literally begging a customer service rep for help, shouldnt they at least ACT like they care and want to help resolve your problem? Besides, how hard is it to find a 300 pound tub anyway? The lady on the phone didnt even say sorry as I begged for help and just kept repeating, "they are researching it and will call you when they find it". Wow, well that is sure super duper helpful. Thanks. I am at my desk and am so upset, I want to cry. Oh, she did say they would call me when its on the way to my house. (They were supposed to call me yesterday and the day before with status updates but never did call - so thats why I called them directly today). If you order somethign from home depot, do whatever you can to avoid this horrible company. Have it shipped to the store and go pick it up yourself. Ok, now I am crying. It may sound dumb but the run around has sucked the life out of me and I honesly have no idea if I will ever get my tub. What do you bet it shows up randomly on my front porch someday (when I specifried that I need it on my back driveway) broken or chipped. C*******t customer service EVER in the history of costumer service. I would put my tracking number on here in case some big-wig in the company sees this review and wants to help but, yeah. Nevermind.

I am also extremely frustrated with NonStopDelivery and also Home Depot. It is difficult to reach anyone at either organization. I've been put on hold, transferred to a manager that doesn't answer the phone, and when I do get through, no one can confirm a delivery, and they can't call you back because their phones aren't programmed for outside calls. Management needs to wake-up; or, perhaps they don't care. The lack of customer service at both orgs is appalling. I will never order anything online at Home Depot again.
My online delivery arrived at the Hanahan terminal on 6/15 and was to be delivered on the 17th. Today is Saturday and I just heard from NSD that it will be delivered on Monday. Unbelievable!

Similar experience with cabinets ordered from Home Depot. 5 cabinets missing, 9 of 14 I did receive were damaged. Depot could immediately confirm that my shipment was tampered with by Nonstop Delivery by the way the items I received were wrapped. Returned cabinets myself. Had to wait 14 days for credit on damaged cabinets from Depot and re-order damaged/missing cabinets in the meantime. Meanwhile, plans for cabinet/counter/electric install are now on hold as I wait additional 3 weeks for delivery of new cabinets, and I'm without a kitchen for Thanksgiving, as I have been for a month since kitchen demo. Terrible service by both parties. I will never use either one ever again.

I had a bed ordered for my mom an dad that Nonstop was delivering for US Mattress. 1st time, no show, no call. Mom called them and made a new appointment. 4 hours later on delivery day, no call, no show. Mom gets hold of the delivery guy who is very apologetic. They have overbooked him as usual and he is way behind. He is 50 miles away finishing a job, but he can get there to deliver and set up the new bed at about 9PM. A bit late. So now mom goes to the back of the line with these yahoos and wont be delivered till sometime next week. What BS

Wow after reading this very helpful review I am scared because I am currently waiting for a delivery! Expected date 5/26/14 and arrived in my town on 5/22/14 according to the tracking. I called a week later to make sure the shipment had arrive and would be delivered and was told they would call me in two days. Two days came and went and no phone call and tracking is horrible just says "LTL update" what the hell does that mean?! I had called the customer service number and was put in a que where a recording tells you how many callers in front of you. I waited one time 10 mins and there where 2 more callers in front when a useless recording comes on and says to leave a message! I hung up repeated the process and again same thing but this time I left a message. Never received a call back so went on the tracking and left a offline message and never got a response. Now my thinking is if this shipping company is legit?! I ordered a $2, 000 swimming pool and worried I called again a week later but this I have my husband ask about the shipment . The customer service told him it had not arrived in our town but they would call on Monday! Wait he told me it was in town as did the tracking?! This is where the waiting game begins?! I filed a complaint with the company I bought my merchandise and waiting for a response. I am worried I am going to get a call saying my pool fell out of the truck?! Maybe it will get delivered after summer passes?! I will update the status on this situation!
