I purchased the warranty in November of 2007. My water heater was replaced two months later and the bill is still unpaid. After several attempts to contact the company the company rooter rooter is still unable to locate Mr Bell.

I purchased a warranty in August and in October, after multiple phone calls and complaints, they sent someone out to fisx my washing machine and disposal. After the work was done they claimed it wasn't part of my warranty and I had to pay the repairman. After several heated discussions with Shannon Bell he agreed to reimburse me for the repair costs. THE CHECK BOUNCED!! When I called him about this he claimed someone was stealing from the company and they had been fired and gave me some story about changing checking acounts and sending me a money order. I have yet to receive this. In November I had to get a new water heater/heating system and after numerous unreturned phone calls I had to pay for this myself. This company is a total rip off and if anyone has any information or ideas on what if any options there are for getting our money back, I would definately be interested.
