Nomorerack is selling counterfeit Beats by Dr. Dre headphones. We received our pair on Christmas eve. They were not in a manufacturers box and did not include an owners manual. We thought for a second that these were perhaps customer returns or refurbished products, which would explaint the great price. We called today to ask and were told that these actual ship direct from a wholesaler who is well known on "webutation" for selling replica products. Nomorerack did not have any information on the product. Did nomorerack.com even investigate this seller? If they had they would have known immediately that this seller pushes fakes! There are several online complaints regarding this issue, all popping up since they first offered these a few weeks ago. Yet today they are selling more of these, now knowing that these are fake! Nomorerack offered to have us return these for a refund or an exchage. An exchange for what? Another set of counterfeits without a box or packaging? How do we send the product back for a refund when they were sent without a box and no packaging! If nomorerack is now aware these are fake they should give immediate refunds. Those of us who bought these are now going to scrounge to go get the real thing. Why should we pay return shipping and wait for a refund? I will be happy to send these back but want immediately repayment and paid return shipping! No one should have to wait for their money on a counterfeit product. I will spend the day spreading this online. Do NOT buy from this website!

I have had the same problem as the others here. placed an order on 11/13/2012. was shipped. still not received 12/10/12. Have emailed several times, never get a response. Tracking number invalid. Last email I requested full refund. Now they're guarenteeing delivery for Christmas if ordered by Dec. 10. They can't get orders delivered after a month how do they expect todo it in 14 days. I'm calling and filing complaint with BBB

The same thing happened to me. I went to their facebook page to check out comments before I ordered from them. What a huge mistake! It wasn't until after I ordered, that I realized they deleted all negative comments. Once I started posting negative comments, after realizing the item I ordered wasn't authentic, and I wanted a refund, they also blocked me. They have also closed my account, even though I haven't even received what I ordered. I can't get through to customer service, or they hang up. Nomorerack is a total fraud, even if some people say they have received their items. They have to fill some orders just to try and make us that complain look like liars. Congratulations if you have received your orders and actually liked them.

Many, many, many complaints like this. I have the same complaint. I ordered in November, and still have not received a tracking number. I found out the payment was processed through a Wells Fargo bank in British Columbia, when my bank sent me a notice of Foreign Transaction! I don't expect to see this order, and from what I have been able to find out, they won't be anything like the ad described. I am so stressed from all this drama, because of nomorerack, they are awful. They either hang up, or don't answer at customer service, so I just filed a complaint through paypal.

I completely agree! First time user and had the most horrible experience ever! Ordered on 11/26/12 and on 12/5/12 I received a message from them saying that one of my items was no longer available by the supplier and that I would be credited for cost and shipping. Has not happened yet! Called to see how long it would take, had the WORST rep ever, stated she had no access to my account and that I was suppose to call customer service and she was customer care? There is only one number to the company and when you try to chat it never works. It is a TOTAL SCAM! stay away!

I sent a product back that was defective, this was early July. I have yet to recieve a refund. I guess that is a 140.00 lesson I have learned. I will make sure that all of my friends hear about this, I will post it on Twitter and on Facebook, so I will reach as many people as I am abe to warn them about shopping Nomorerack.com.

For the second time, I got a poorly designed product that was useless and it was too expensive to return so I had to accept a loss and am pissed. Got sheets that were advertised to be high grade Italian sheets (crap!) and they collected little lint balls the first time they were used. They would not return them because they were used. Also, all customer service correspondence was automated showing that they could have cared less about me! DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME!

I am not typically not someone who would sit down to write a negative review on a company but I am SO upset with Nomorerack that I feel that everyone should know about their products. I bought a La Terre bag from their site, supposedly retailed $180 but I bought it for $35.00. I receive the bag a month ago and used it for about 2.5 weeks and one of the strap fell off from the bag and there's just no way at attach it back. I contacted their customer service and was told unfortunately, we have a return policy and it's 7 days (though I emailed too and was told I had 30 days) and since you're past that, you can't return the item. FOR GOD SAKE, THE BAG LASTED 2.5 WEEKS! And I only carried it to work and home after work and grocery and shopping on weekends. I've bought bags from KMart for $10 that lasted longer than that! Their so call retail price are all jacked up and not real. I would stay away from them!

nomorerack is a big big rip off. Their products are of very very poor quality and its very hard to get back your money. I have been trying for over a month for a refund . They claim that they dont know which products I returned.Stay far far away from this site. You guys should be ashamed . Just remember this "WHATEVER YOU GIVE OUT YOU WILL GET BACK''. Nomorerack should be just that nomore.
