Nomorerack is selling counterfeit Beats by Dr. Dre headphones. We received our pair on Christmas eve. They were not in a manufacturers box and did not include an owners manual. We thought for a second that these were perhaps customer returns or refurbished products, which would explaint the great price. We called today to ask and were told that these actual ship direct from a wholesaler who is well known on "webutation" for selling replica products. Nomorerack did not have any information on the product. Did nomorerack.com even investigate this seller? If they had they would have known immediately that this seller pushes fakes! There are several online complaints regarding this issue, all popping up since they first offered these a few weeks ago. Yet today they are selling more of these, now knowing that these are fake! Nomorerack offered to have us return these for a refund or an exchage. An exchange for what? Another set of counterfeits without a box or packaging? How do we send the product back for a refund when they were sent without a box and no packaging! If nomorerack is now aware these are fake they should give immediate refunds. Those of us who bought these are now going to scrounge to go get the real thing. Why should we pay return shipping and wait for a refund? I will be happy to send these back but want immediately repayment and paid return shipping! No one should have to wait for their money on a counterfeit product. I will spend the day spreading this online. Do NOT buy from this website!

I have a 21.00 credit and every time I try to use it it will automatically deactivate my account. I totally completed the order and when I hit submit the order is when they tell me this. Now I am unable to even login to my account. I have called customer service 4 times, emailed their support 3 times and am told to send an email to another address that handles the complaints which I did over 8 times and I have never been contacted back at all. This has been going on for 2 weeks now. This is really frustrating. I have bought other items and never had this problem but once I got the credit it won't let me use it.

I'm a single/ low income mom of autistic twins. I saved all year to have $400 for Christmas. I ordered over $400 worth of things on nomorerack.com for Christmas for them. Everything- came in messed up. Clothes sizes are far from where they should be. I got a computer that came without the tower part that it was suppose to come with. It was all scratched up, clearly used, the plugs were bent and unusable! Some thing the said to mail back for a refund but it also says if all pieces armt there you won't get your money back. All the parts wernt sent to me in order to return it. My kids are gna be dissapointed for Christmas! Ill never buy from there again and they can't replace my $ or the kids Christmas. :'(

I have had to return items at my expense because they broke. I had to keep emailing them for status on my refund. Finally I'm told that I have store credit. I said I want refund to my credit card. They would not refund. I then bought some more crap on my refund as I was forced to take a credit. That item arrived broke. Again I had to return it to them. I stated I wanted a refund to my credit card as I was forced to use a credit. They agreed I kept emailing them and the last correspondence was no credit card refund. I am done with this company and recommend no one buy as the cycle keeps going as what your credit is you always have to pay a little more. My order numbers were 4544830. Incident #1183870 where they said they would refund. And ticket#1355394 where they said I had to take a credit. REMEMBER MY ORIGINAL ORDER WAS WITH CREDIT CARD AND THEY STATED THEY WOULD REFUND TO ORIGINAL PURCHASE TRANSACTION. The credit crap was on their end.

I agree with many of these posts! Nomorerack has the worst customer service there is! I have contacted them 4 times now for a return in March for a credit or a refund since I order from them quite a bit. I've had good luck with the items I've received. They do take a long time to get to you, but I am okay with that. They actually sent me the wrong item and sent me the address to mail it back to, which I did right away! They keep telling me it takes 2 to 3 weeks! Still waiting!

Do not order from NOMORERACK (http://www.facebook.com/nomorerack) and don't like them... Still waiting for an order I placed a month ago and on top of everything I HAVE BEEN CHARGED TWICE FOR THE ORDER and all I get is the run around about the credit they are supposed to provide me...now they say I have to wait another 7 to 10 business days to get my credit when I have been contacting them since July 13 regarding this. In the first place why they make these mistakes and now they are making me wait. This is not customer service and starting to sound to me more like a SCAM COMPANY.

Avoid yourself the bad situation of dealing with them.

I have mixed reviews here. I am currently dealing with a major problem with NoMoreRack. They sent me an e-mail saying my order had been shipped which means I was billed. Two days later they sent an e-mail saying that the supplier was unable to provide the merchandise. There was also a tracking number in the first e-mail and, when tracked, showed the merchandise was delivered to Colorado Springs, CO but my delivery address was Orlando, FL. None of this makes sense. How can you bill me for product that supposedly the supplier cannot provide and then deliver it to the wrong address? When I tried customer support (via e-mail) they said the order was still being processed. How much mis-information can you possible convey? Don't try calling the 800 customer support line. It's a call center that merely takes your issue and forwards it somewhere and tells you that you should hear from someone in a week?
In fairness to the company, I have order from them multiple times in the past and never had a problem but this one is a serious one and I can't get any answers, only a series of varying stories.

Placed order for numerous items prior to christmas. Items trickled in via different times/methods. One item did not arrive. Countless emails to customer service and they finally agreed to provide a new tracking number and say I'd have the item in a week.
Week later I check the tracking number...to my surprise.."a tracking number had been assigned" but that's the end of it.
Nomorerack is off my mailing list and will not do business with these scammers again! All the headache and time and still didn't receive my item.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CLOWNS! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL AND THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

I purchased an item, received it, opened it - no packing slip - put it back in box, then a couple weeks after purchased actually pulled prouct out - laptop tote - and when I went to unsnap the clasp, it broke. Sent messages to Nomorerack and they say, it's too late for an RMA - 30 days - I haven't had the thing for 30 days - they count from the date of order! Really? BUT they believe in customer satisfactionas their main goal.

I ordered three items on Nov 18th 2012, It is now Dec 12th and I have yet to see anything I ordered. They are a scam because the only item I got was a laundry steamer. It's not the leg massager that I ordered but No more rack claimed to carefully check the orders before being shipped. I'd like to know that is possible given the fact that I had to call Beautyko in NJ to reverse this order and NMR is in Canada. Clearly this is nothing but a home based drop shipping business being run by inexperienced idiots. I told NMR to cancel my orders three and four times before anything was shipped and those crooks back dated everything and shipped it out anyway. If you track them down on Google earth you can see what they really don't exist.

Ordered recently received email item sent Nov 27 via mail Tracking number doesn't work. Contacted customer service and they said Item sent the 5th of Dec. One day after I inquired. I just went to paypal to file a dispute and will probably end filing a claim. Hm I wonder if I inquire to day they will tell me it was shipped tomorrow.

I have tried three times to order a black purse from NoMoreRack.com. The first time the purse they sent me was white. The next two times I received a completely different style from what I ordered. They do not accept returns or exchanges. Be careful what you order!

Buyer BEWARE! I purchased android tablets and USB keyboards from nomorerack. Both items were marked as shipped, but when I received the shipment, it only contained the USB keyboards! The USB keyboards were very very poor quality thus I returned them for a refund and it has been over 3 weeks without any knowledgement.

I finally received the android tablets after several calls, emails, and filing a dispute with my credit card company. The tablets were shipped without any padding. Instead, they were just placed in a USPS plastic shipping bag, which was actually partially open upon delivery...These are android tablets, you would have thought nomorerack would have at least shipped with a bubble padded shipping envelope...shipping envelops/boxes/etc. are FREE via USPS thus there is absolutely no excuse for the poor shipping other than the fact that they simply do not care about their customers. When I received the tablets, the tablet cases were missing and a note was included that stated the cases would be shipped the following week...3 weeks later and I have yet to receive the tablet cases. I finally contacted nommorerack today to inquiry about the cases. The customer service rep basically said too bad, if I don't like it, return the tablets to the vendor for a refund...what?!?!? I need to return the merchandise because nomorerack doesn't want to send me the cases that I originally purchased? Craziness. I will NOT ever do business with this company again!

Nomorerack has cheap products, poor service, and merchandise that may be found on any discount site. There is absolutely no benefit in purchasing from this company!

I ordered a tablet for my son for Christmas it was his big gift because I don't have a lot of money I paid 100.00 for it and he used it for 24 hours and it shut off and stopped working on the 26th I have called nomorerack a million times and I finally talked to someone he told me I was ### out of luck that I should have been playing with it non stop up til Christmas to make sure it worked I have been calling the company that made it since the 26th and the number doesn't work until they are closed and I have left 15 messages but I haven't heard anything back. I think nomorerack and the company that made the tablet should learn how to do there job and they should fix the problems people are having with the stuff they buy instead of ripping people off. I have told everyone I know not to order anything from nomorerack because its junk.

I purchased a 3 peice set- PC tablet 7" with stylus and black case last Nov 2012. I received the product which truned out to be defective. I emailed nomorerack customer support about return/refund and I got multiple reponses from different staff on diffrent times. On their email, I got 2 different addresses to return the products. I asked for CONTACT NUMBER of nomorerack.com to talk to custmoer service people but never got any answer. I asked to be given info on how to access record of my transaction and charges when logged on to nomorerac.com site BUT I still don't get anu answer. NOMORERACK.COM IS REALLY SCARY SITETO ORDER ONLINE, AND GIVE YOUR FINANCIAL INFORMATION.

I ordered the gold ball stud earrings. They said on the advertisement the earrings are 14K and will include certificate of authenticity. I got the earrings and the certificate but the certificate was nit from a gold jewelry store, I think they just made their own certificate, The earrings were not stamped 14K gold. I also bought a screwdriver set, the screwdriver handle was yellow and the handle was broken and there was white glue in the crack where they had glued it back together, I bought a set of colorful nightlight sockets, the description on the website indicated they were URL tested but no where on the nightlights or the packaging did they indicate they are URL safe. Also, the" luxurious" set of white towels are a JOKE! The towels I got at walmart are much more thicker than their towels and they indicated they were hotel quality but they are very thin and not worth the price. These items were a bargain, would have returned everything but the cost of S&H would cost more money. I have complained to NoMoreRack per email but have not heard from them. I believe they sell used items or supermarket items that have been returned by retailers that people did not want to keep. I am glad I did not purchase a lot off items, I was hesitant
to order from them because it was too good to be true how cheap everything was and I wish I could have listened to my gut feeling. I am going to the website to remove my credit card info and close out the account. I will never shop from them again and will warn others not to go there and be tempted to buy from this company.

Ok, so I didn't get anything from this site- I'm just gonna be honest with you guys. I was going to buy someone something from nomorerack.com, but that's not happening after I read about 6 pages of reviews. Many people have gotten their products several months after ordering them.
Others have found that the products are horrible quality- some are not packaged nicely and are broken, some are packaged but still broken, many orders are missing an item or two, materials in shirts are too thin, sizes in clothes are mixed up, items have unpleasant odors to them, colors are mixed up, and the list just gets longer from here.
Worse, some products haven't arrived at all.
Costumer services are almost always horrible, they don't post a phone number even though they say we can call anytime, people don't reply to emails or online chats, etc. Nomorerack representatives repeatedly apologize, but there is no change (it seems by all the reviews) in the quality, timing, and accuracy of our products. I SUGGEST NOT BUYING FROM THIS SITE, ESPECIALLY ITEMS NEEDED FOR A SPECIFIC HOLIDAY, CELEBRATION, OR GENERAL DATE. ALSO, DO NOT BUY ITEMS THAT, SHOULD THEY ARRIVE IN HORRIBLE CONDITION OR NOT ARRIVE AT ALL, YOU WILL REALLY REGRET USING YOUR MONEY FOR (aka expensive items).

And yes, to the few people that actually are pleased with their orders, I have read those reviews too. Maybe a specific category of products are better, I don't know, but if you have a 3% chance of getting an order you will be pleased with, don't even waste your money and be disappointed, because no matter how cheap the product is, you probably don't want to 'throw away your money'.
*Many people have also specified that electronics, especially tablets, are NOT to be purchased from this site.

They advertise cheap items as luxury pieces. I am still trying to resolve a return issue which has taken about 20 email exchanges, so far. Too many issues to go into. Lots of their items can be found for about the same price on Amazon or Ebay. I would definitely order through one of those companies in the future.

This company on the surface seems to have great deals on products. However, quality wise you get what you pay for and rarely get what is advertised. Their products are cheaply made items from China. Now let's talk about their customer service practices. First, if you receive an incorrect item this company does not in any circumstance provide an exchange for the correct item you ordered. When a customer receives the wrong color, size, etc. and after contacting them their customer service provides a RMA number and instructions to return the item. Note that you must provide them with a copy of the receipt with the tracking number in order to receive a credit on your account for the return shipping. Not a cash refund! You will also not receive a cash refund for the item even though it was their error. In order to recoup your $$ your are forced to place another order with them to hopefully get what you ordered again. Oh by the way, it took me almost a month to receive a credit after contacting them every week about it.

Costumer service at NoMoreRack is horrendous! While placing an order on their site a few weeks ago, I typed in an accepted discount code, prompted and acknowledged on their site. I noticed the screen showed the code was accepted, but the total was not adjusting on the screen. I tried to go through their "24/7" chat, but there was no response. I completed the order and promptly sent an email, explaining what transpired, requesting the total be adjusted accordingly. That was the first of numerous correspondences via email chat, phone, always beginning with them having no record of my email or issue, yet unresolved. There is no excuse for such appalling service...I would recommend NOT using this company!

Complete SCAM! Awful, awful, awful. Ordered sheets 26 days ago with a "promise of delivery within 10-14 days." Still no sheets. The only way to contact is via email and I keep getting auto-replies saying someone will contact me within 48 hours. 5 emails later (with only auto-replies) and I'm ready to call the credit card company and dispute the charges. NEVER use this company! Hassle completely not worth the supposed "savings."

I have purchased many items from nomorerack.com since discovering the website about 6 mo.ago. For the most part I have been pleased with my purchases.My complaint is customer service regarding returns. I have only tried to return 2 items of everything I've bought. Both times I have been given reasons why I can't. i will probably not order again from thie site, as threre is no way to know whether an item can be returned, even though they say there is. Very disappointed!

Last July I made two orders with NoMoreRack. As I was with my husband out of state while he received chemotherapy for stage 4 cancer, I did not discover that while I was charged for the orders, neither one had been delivered until Friday, 11/29/13, when I received my first email addressing my order, an email which told me the order had been delivered and the order date was 11/29/13. When I called customer service, they categorically denied any responsibility to refund my money or send me the products, and refused to give me information so as to take my complaint to a higher level. They did insult me with an offer of $5 towards my next purchase from them! Their rating on resellerratings.com is 3.3 out of 10. I sure wish I had checked that first.

If everyone read this review noremorerack would be out of business. Their stuff is c***, junk, useless, poor quality, shipped late, impossible to return, impossible to find anyone to help you. I bought a Motorola hands free bluetooth headset, it worked for two days. After repeated calls and emails - nothing. What a deal. $50 for two days of operation. With that purchase I ordered a 9" Android tablet So slow it is ununsable. I downloaded a pic of the new bronco, 55Kb and the tablet says I used all of the storage.

Don't waste your money, a very shady, rip-off site. Do your homework, all kinds of peeps are getting ripped off.

I ordered a USB charger for my IPhone. My tracking number showed that it was delivered to Compton CA. I live in Louisiana. Nomorerack would check with the vendor to see where it was. I have a bad feeling that I have been ripped off.

I ordered a telescope which was pictured with a tripod, when it came it had no tripod and I have to assemble it myself. I emailed company and said that it didn't state the tripod was NOT included...their email to me said and it din't say it was either. what a rip off company ! and they will refund me a store credit if I want to ship the item back as long as it is in sellable condition. I said forget it..why waste more money in shipping. to get nothing. I also went on Facebook to their page and complained and in 2 mins. my comment was deleted and I was blocked from leaving any more...lol...this company needs to be put out of Business NOW!

Like everyone else I have not received my boots that was ordered on November 26th.
But what I will be doing is contacting a few television stations to get this company exposed. there are too many people out in the world that are ordering from this company to save a buck and are not receiving their merchandise nor refunds.

Purchased a set of 6 bras for approximately $30 dollars. They were not true to size. I had to submit a photo of their bra and one of mine to show that it was not true to size. Then I received a full credit for the purchase that I could use in the future. This did not go well either. I received email instructions and had to ask twice to get a set that worked. Originally I used the entire credit to purchase one item. The order seemed to go through, but after about 3 weeks I contacted them and they had no record of the order. I then used part of the credit to make another purchase and knew I had more to use. Today I tried to use the remaining credit and low and behold there is no more credit available from my return. So the first purchase I made, using the credit, was $18.00 for socks. I had about $15.00 remaining on the credit and today I find that I no longer have that credit. So the $15 set of socks just cost me $30. Won't use this site ever again.

I thought I would try this company once...well. I ordered 2 things. It's been a month and my second item hasn't been delivered after receiving 2 emails that state "delivery confirmed"...with bogus tracking numbers. Not a single shipping company has this package. I have escalated this with Paypal, and the emails are still coming directly from this company...they will give me store credit...umm no, I never plan to use Nomorerack again. I again wrote Paypal hoping to resolve this mess...so the old saying holds water...if it's too good to be true, it is. Don't plan on using this company and do not recommend them.

DO NOT BUY FROM NOMORERACK! They did not ship the product that I purchased and ignored my repeated emails. It was only after I posted a negative comment about them on Facebook did they finally respond, but oops - it's been too long and they cannot give me a refund. Then they said they do not carry anything - they are just the middle man for the products and do not ship anything themselves. They refused to take the blame and refused to refund my money. DO NOT BUY FROM NOMORERACK!

I purchased one pair of boots - they sent two different sizes. I followed their return policy and sent them back - it's been over two weeks and they have NOT refunded my money. They won't answer my emails and they deleted my post from their facebook page. I've now heard the same story multiple times from different people. I feel foolish for thinking this company was good when clearly they're not!

I purchased a bracelet over the internet that was advertised by Nomorerack.com and it was received by me Saturday, 12/14/2013 because I away from my home when the actual delivery was made on Friday according to USPS Tracking. After examining the bracelet which their advertisement says is a 1 Carat Total Weight Genuine Diamond Heart-Link Bracelet made with Brass, I felt the sparkle and sizzle did not come across as I hoped it would, it looks dull. Therefore, I decided to return the bracelet for credit to my charge account. The problem seem to compile from the start because Sunday night I tried contacting Nomorerack.com by email to get instructions to return the bracelet, but several attempts made to do so and the email did not go through. On Monday morning I made an attempt by calling the phone number [protected] that is listed and suggested by Nomorerack.com in order to get an automatic call back by entering my phone as directed. I have waited more than sixty (60) minutes and have not received a call-back as their ad promised. Can't reach anyone by email or phone and I want to return the item because I am unhappy with the quality and just want my credit card account to get a credit for the purchase $93.00. I placed an order on 4/3/13 for a jumpdrive charger. The order didn't show it was processed, so I reordered. It showed processed. When I checked my email later, it showed 2 orders. This was around 8 pm at night. I immediately sent an email cancelling one order. I was told it was too late. I then cancelled both orders. I was told the order had been processed. Per their own policy you can cancell an order for any reason prior to 9 am the next day est. I cancelled the orders prior to this. They told me I can return it for a refund, but so far I haven't talked with anyone on the internet who has ever got a refund fromt hem.

Ordered a watch from this company two weeks ago or so, and received confirmation of receipt of the order along with a tracking number to track the delivery of the item. I was given an approximate delivery date of 11 Sep 13, but have yet to see the merchandise. Finally received an e-mail response today, but again, they were still working on it. So frustrating. I've never encountered this kind of customer service from any website I've dealt with.
