Choxi / NoMoreRack.com The worst customer service I have ever dealt with

The worst customer service I have ever dealt with! I emailed them four times starting in april regarding an order I placed in march. It is now almost august. Never once have they responded to my emails, and when I used the live customer service help, all they told me was to send an email! Terrible customer service! Do not use this company!

Really? You've have got to be kidding, Striving to be better! Ha! You guys can't even follow basic instructions. I have never dealt with such poor service in my life, form any company I've ever done business with until I dealt with Nomorerack!
You need to really review the swarms of complaints posted here and re-assess your companies policies and track record, cause it stinks! As I posted here, I sent items back via your company's RMA number, and you've claimed to have not received or processed the package. As others have posted problems with the same issues with your company!

Maybe it's time you review your company's procedure(s) in how they handle and process returns! This is truly a pathetic operation if you're having this many people complaining about the same issues with return merchandise, and responding proactively your customers concerns, We(The Customers) should not have to keep calling or emailing your company for status updates from these kinds of issues, you should be professional and business oriented enough to keep your concerned customers informed, and no excuses!

OMG, Wish I'd known about this company before I ordered from them!
I second that motion about terrible, horrible and service that really stinks!
Bought several dresses for my wife, sized too small, sent them back two days later for refund or credit and that was back in July of last year (2012), to this date, which is (5/1/2013) I am still waiting for it to be posted to my account. Just as some have posted here, you email them, and you get no response. I've dealt with at least 10 of their customer no service reps, I've demanded on numerous occasions for a member of management to call me personally and all they do is turn around and send me another email.

I've run out of patients with these idiots, and about to get legal with these clowns!
Don't even consider giving these ### your business, they need to be shutdown and closed up for good!

Save yourself the headaches and aggravation!

I am from Australia and trying to place an order but later then I found out it is not available to ship to Australia (cannot find the country). Wasting my time to browse the website and look through items.

I too have recently ordered several items that were somewhat less in quality than I expected. One item I returned, the rest I will deal with.Remember, you get what you pay for.
BUT, there is this to consider. Until all the manufactures quit outsourcing to China, etc. we can only expect to get poor quality. I have stop buying from several companies including Lands End, Sears and several others. I try very hard to buy American but that is difficult. Greed is the problem, money is the bottom line and only we as consumers can change it.
That is my story and I'm stickin' to it!

I am a very unhappy shopper today. I questioned if a return was received and could not get an answer. You need a tracking number. The label you sent me was put on top of that one. How should I know that you needed a tracking number. My records you have should be able to tell you my ordering and return history. Also I received a ring. After wearing it two hours a stone was missing. I was told nothing could be done. I am about to return all the merchandise that I recently received. It would also be very helpful if the customer service rep could understand English. I would very much like some service on my complaints...Thank You Carol Angelino

If I can only receive your American offers from your American subscription how do I go about receiving the deals taking into account the time difference.?

Choxi / NoMoreRack.com I hope they don't mess with my credit card somehow

I've ordered 3 things just on a whim. I first got a short-sleeved shirt that looked beautiful (and was marked pretty pricey) in the picture, so I figured "Why not, I'll try it". Everything with the transaction went right, shipped quick, but when I took the shirt out, it was like the thinnest material I've ever felt, and it most certainly was not the "superior quality" as claimed in the pricey picture. Since it fit ok & I could get by, I just let it go, because it wasn't expensive. On another day ordered another shirt, babydoll cut type. This one wasn't so bad, but didn't fit quite right. Ok, gave it to my daughter. Most recently, I ordered a cute purse from them. VERY expensive purse, very cute. Well, when I got it, there was a tag on it that said "known in the State of California to CAUSE cancer and possible birth defects" (or something to that effect about birth defects). WHY DID THEY NOT TELL YOU THAT IN THE DESCRIPTION? I was FURIOUS. I feel that I should (all consumers) have been told of this FIRST and given the chance to decide for myself whether or not to get it. I'm sending it back immediately, and 3 strikes they are OUT and I will never order another thing from them. Now from reading other people's experiences, I hope they don't mess with my credit card somehow...ugh.

Choxi / NoMoreRack.com Charged my credit card - never delivered

I ordered from nomorerack.com on Jan 14th and Jan 21st, and they charged my credit card on those dates. I just received my credit card bill on Jan 31st with these charges, and yet they haven't even shipped the items I ordered yet! Is this legal?

I sent emails, but they don't seem to know their a$$ from their elbow. They keep giving me responses that are just flat out wrong and do not answer any of the concerns I emails them about.

I guess I am going to have to call my credit card company about this.

Can't get them to stop spamming my email account, even after repeatedly attempting to unsubscribe. the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of their spam messages apparently has no effect.

Ordered boots December 1st, still haven't received my boots and its December 27th. wrote them, they said my order was lost in transit and will refund my money back to my account. this was supposed to be a Xmas present for my daughter! they didn't even offer to send the boots again. very unreliable, don't understand how they stay in business.

I bought 5 orders from nomorerack.com and out them 3 were junk. The items did not work. They are the worst people to talk to and or get a refund from. I lost $140 so far. I would never buy anything from them again. Save your money do not waste it on the JUNK that nomorerack sells and good working stuff. It is junk that does NOT work.

Ordered 2 items for Christmas in mid November and still haven't received them. Received 2 emails one saying sorry for delay the next saying items were shipped with tracking number and no where to track them. Not a happy camper about this. WHERE IS MY STUFF !

Placed an order back in November, it is now December 21st and no order has arrived.Was sent an email saying if order does not arrive by 21st they will cancel and refund money.Tried to contact company via website and email is undeliverable. I tried to cancel this order 2 weeks earlier and was told unable to order was being processed.

Bought sheets on black friday advertised as 1600 thread count that supposedly retail for $129, I paid $29. They are very thin and not soft. Awful product. They do not cover shipping if you are unhappy with the product. Never again.

Ordered boots the day after Thanksgiving. Here it is 4 weeks later (claim they will ship in 2-3 weeks) and my order still is "processing". Have read several reviews stating the same thing. Stay away from this site if you hope to get your items on time.

Getting the run around via back and forth e-mails. and they produced fake shipping label from UPS claiming it was ship but UPS does not have any record of item..This company is a total SCAM don't waste your time or money.

There is no way to contact them unless you actually go and do a search for the website owners on godaddy.com. Then you get a phone number in New York city and you will still have to leave a message stating that it is urgent that they contact you in order to get someone to call you back.
